Meta‐analysis fails to show any correlation between protein abundance and ubiquitination changes
We analyzed over 50 published proteomics datasets to explore the relationship between protein levels and ubiquitination changes across multiple experimental conditions and biological systems. Although ubiquitination is often associated with protein degradation, our analysis shows that changes in ubiquitination do not globally correlate with changes in ...

Sprout uniformity in growing brussels sprouts.
The effects of planting distance (60 X 60 or 60 X 30 cm), topping early in the season and pre-picking on the quality (size and distribution of size) of brussels sprouts were determined. The wider planting distance gave the better results. Topping and pre-picking had hardly any influence on crop uniformity in plants spaced at 60 X 60 cm. Combinations of

Real‐World Investigation of Satralizumab in Patients With Neuromyelitis Optica Spectrum Disease
ABSTRACT Objective Satralizumab, a monoclonal antibody targeting the interleukin‐6 receptor, has demonstrated efficacy in clinical trials for neuromyelitis optica spectrum disorder (NMOSD). However, its real‐world effectiveness and safety compared to conventional immunosuppressive therapies remain uncertain.

The nature of IT services from a management and IS research point of view [PDF]
Theory building is not only underdeveloped in IT services management research, but in general in IS. Given the paradigm shift that comes from the development away from a networked economy towards a network economy, the lack of spending enough attention

Effects of selenium biofortification on crop nutritional quality [PDF]
Selenium (Se) at very low doses has crucial functions in humans and animals. Since plants represent the main dietary source of this element, Se-containing crops may be used as a means to deliver Se to consumers (biofortification). Several strategies have

ABSTRACT Background Myasthenia gravis (MG) is an autoimmune disorder characterized by antibody‐mediated complement activation. Efgartigimod, a neonatal Fc receptor (FcRn) antagonist, is approved for treating generalized MG (gMG). However, its modulatory effects on upstream innate and adaptive immune cells remain largely unexplored.

Influence of straw residue cover on the sprouting and yield of spring cereals in direct seeding on clay soil in Southern Finland [PDF]
In normal years when there is no insufficiency of water, 2-4 t/ha is an adequate amount of straw residue to cereals on soil surface in direct seeding, but if the beginning of growth season is very dry, a thicker straw residue cover is better. The obverse

Substrate Stress Relaxation Regulates Cell‐Mediated Assembly of Extracellular Matrix
Silicone‐based viscoelastic substrates with tunable stress relaxation reveal how matrix mechanics regulates cellular mechanosensing and cell‐mediated matrix remodelling in the stiff regime. High stress relaxation promotes assembly of fibronectin fibril‐like structures, increased nuclear localization of YAP and formation of β1 integrin‐enriched ...
