Lightweight Reversible Data Hiding System for Microcontrollers Using Integer Reversible Meixner Transform

open access: yesIET Image Processing, Volume 19, Issue 1, January/December 2025.
This paper presents a lightweight reversible data hiding (RDH) system based on the integer reversible Meixner moment transform (IRMMT) for resource‐constrained microcontroller platforms. We demonstrate that the IRMMT overcomes the limitations of classical transforms, offering higher embedding capacity and better preservation of image quality.

NoLIEM: A Novel Lightweight Image Encryption Method for Resource‐Constrained IoT Devices

open access: yesIET Information Security, Volume 2025, Issue 1, 2025.
The expanded use of Internet of Things (IoT) devices in smart homes, industrial automation, healthcare, and smart cities has increased the risk of unauthorized access, data breaches, and man‐in‐the‐middle attacks. Traditional encryption methods like AES and RSA are too energy‐ and processing‐intensive for IoT devices.

Innovative Hardware Accelerator Architecture for FPGA‐Based General‐Purpose RISC Microprocessors

open access: yesJournal of Electrical and Computer Engineering, Volume 2025, Issue 1, 2025.
Reconfigurable computing (RC) theory aims to take advantage of the flexibility of general‐purpose processors (GPPs) alongside the performance of application specific integrated circuits (ASICs). Numerous RC architectures have been proposed since the 1960s, but all are struggling to become mainstream.

Enhanced Soft Error Rate Estimation Technique for Aerospace Electronics Safety Design via Emulation Fault Injection

open access: yesApplied Sciences
In this paper, we propose Automatic Configuration Memory Fault Injection (ACMFI), a tool that calculates the architectural vulnerability factor (AVF) and soft error rate (SER) using the emulation fault injection technique. SER, which is essential for the
