Investigating transcription factor dynamics in health and disease using FRAP
FRAP analysis of GFP‐tagged transcription factors reveals how molecular mobility and target engagement change in response to drug treatment. By combining live‐cell imaging, quantitative model fitting, and statistical analysis, this approach uncovers transcription factor dynamics linked to disease mechanisms, providing a powerful framework for ...

Stability constants for the lead(II)-halide systems [PDF]
The stability constants of the complexes of lead(II) with fluoride, chloride, bromide and iodide in aqueous solution have been measured by potentiometric titrations with a lead amalgam at 25°C and an ionic strength of 1.00 M (NaClO4).

Stability constants of some uranyl complexes [PDF]
Complexes of uranyl ion with benzoic, phenylacetic, phenoxy-acetic, thiomalic and itaconic acids were studied by pH titration method at 31±0.1°C. A 1 : 1 complex is formed in all the cases in the pH range 2.5-3.5 and their stability constants are ...

The mycobacterial CIII‐CIV respiratory supercomplex is an obligate assembly, encompassing several subunits of unknown functions. We have characterized the intracellular subunit AscF, and show that it is unlikely to be a sensor for metals or nucleotides, but is required for growth on nonfermentable energy sources, and likely works as an adapter for ...

Metal complexes of ethylenetetrathioglycollic acid and related ligands [PDF]
The purpose of this work has been primarily the investigation of the complexes formed by etnylenetetrathioglycollic acid with Co(II), Ni (II), Cu (II) and Zn (II). This ligand has some similarities to themuch-studied ethylenediaminetetraacetic aoid.

The stability constants of ethylenediphosphinetetraacetate complexes [PDF]
The stability constants of complexes formed by the anions of ethylenediphosphinetetraacetic acid and the metal ions Cu(I), Ag(I), Ca(II), Mn(II), Fe(II), Co(II), Ni(II), Zn(II), Cd(II), Hg(II), Pb(II) and La(III) were determined by various methods ...

An epithelial GPR35 isoform supports tumor‐associated transcriptional and metabolic phenotypes
GPR35 generates two functionally distinct isoforms with previously unresolved roles. GPR35‐short mediates immune‐cell chemotaxis, while GPR35‐long is enriched in colorectal cancer epithelium, where it supports increased metabolism, proliferation, and tumor‐associated transcriptional programs.

Seshadri constants and K-stability of Fano manifolds [PDF]
We give a lower bound of the δ-invariants of ample line bundles in terms of Seshadri constants. As applications, we prove the uniform K-stability of infinitely many families of Fano hypersurfaces of arbitrarily large index, as well as the uniform K ...
