XIAP Deficiency Impairs Colonic Tuft Cell Development and Predisposes to Crohn's Disease
XIAP deficiency leads to impaired colonic tuft cells development and JAK–‐STAT pathway hyperactivation in CD patients and mice. Mechanically, XIAP regulates tuft cells development through Wnt–‐TLE4/TCF–‐ASCL2 signaling. Tuft cells deficiency predisposes XIAP‑‐deficient CD patients or Xiap−/−‐/‐ mice to hazardous microbial effects, driving colonic ...

Liver Fibrosis: Molecular Pathogenesis and Therapeutic Interventions
We systematically summarized the etiologies, diagnostic approaches, and pathogenic mechanisms of liver fibrosis. Also, the therapeutic interventions for liver fibrosis were systematically classified into two main categories: etiological treatment and mechanism‐based antifibrotic therapies.

This study explores the impact of aging on regeneration of the mouse colonic epithelium. The authors find that old mice exhibit excessive and prolonged inflammation after infection with Citrobacter, resulting in the maintenance of a fetal regenerative state in epithelial cells, insufficient tissue repair, and death of the animal.

T Cell Immunosenescence in Inflammatory Skin Diseases: Pathogenesis and Therapeutic Targets
Immunosenescent T cells promote inflammatory skin diseases such as psoriasis, atopic dermatitis, rosacea, and seborrheic dermatitis via hyperactive signaling networks and SASP secretion. Consequently, intercepting downstream SASP, inhibiting internal pathways, or utilizing senolytics represents promising therapeutic interventions.

STAT Signaling and Its Anti‐Apoptotic Effects in Dehydrated Xenopus laevis
Dehydrated Xenopus laevis showed increased STAT3 and downstream anti‐apoptotic protein activation in the liver, whereas skeletal muscle saw increased STAT5 and downstream anti‐apoptotic protein activation, and decreased STAT1 activation. Collectively, these adaptations lead to decreased apoptosis, likely serving to protect against aestivation‐induced ...
