Tau acetylation at K331 has limited impact on tau pathology in vivo
We mapped tau post‐translational modifications in humanized MAPT knock‐in mice and in amyloid‐bearing double knock‐in mice. Acetylation within the repeat domain, particularly around K331, showed modest increases under amyloid pathology. To test functional relevance, we generated MAPTK331Q knock‐in mice.

Required Velocity Calculation in the Presence Of Atmosphere Effect in C* Matrix [PDF]
In this research a perturbation based guidance method is developed for non-Keplerian problem. Problem is linearized in the presence non-gravitational forces like aerodynamic, so it can improve the performance of C* guidance for reentry problems.

Embryo‐like structures (stembryos) are an innovative tool, but they are hindered by experimental variability and limited developmental potential. DNA methylation is crucial for mammalian development, but its status in stembryo models is poorly characterized.

Inverse Transformation of Elliptical Relative State Transition Matrix
A new set of relative orbit elements (ROEs) is used to derive a new elliptical formation flying model in previous work. In-plane and out-of-plane relative motions can be completely decoupled, which benefits elliptical formation design. In order to study the elliptical control strategy and perturbation effects, it is necessary to derive the inverse

Septin 9 polybasic domains couple phosphoinositide‐rich membrane binding to centrosome positioning, Golgi organization, and microtubule acetylation to control epithelial polarity. Their loss disrupts this axis, causing centrosome mispositioning, Golgi fragmentation, reduced microtubule acetylation, and polarity inversion via upregulation of the ...

Evaluation of Particle Density Using State Transition Matrix
This study evaluates particle density distribution images in a pipe cross-section by means of the state transition matrix that is a parameter to indicate the dominant change among CT space-time frames. It is clarified a linear or a non-linear of the particle density change in the time and space.

An SMT-Based Approach to Bounded Model Checking of Designs in State Transition Matrix
State Transition Matrix (STM) is a table-based modeling language that has been frequently used in industry for specifying behaviors of systems. Functional correctness of a STM design (i.e., a design developed with STM) could often be expressed as ...

This study reveals that the small GTPase Rab14 is necessary for human papillomavirus (HPV) infection and plays an essential role in the transport of virions to the trans‐Golgi network (TGN). HPV in the early endosome (EE), which harbors GTP‐bound Rab14, is transported to the TGN through the switch of Rab14 from its GTP‐bound to GDP‐bound form.
