Intratumour heterogeneity complicates precision management of advanced endometrial cancer. Circulating tumor DNA (ctDNA) offers a minimally invasive strategy to capture tumor evolution and therapeutic resistance. Here, we compare tumor‐agnostic NGS with tumor‐informed ddPCR, outlining their relative sensitivity, concordance, and clinical implications ...

Circulating tumor cells (CTCs) and plasma cell‐free DNA (cfDNA) were analyzed to detect ESR1 mutations and methylation in patients with advanced breast cancer. CTC‐derived DNA showed higher sensitivity for mutation detection and revealed complementary genetic and epigenetic alterations, highlighting the added value of CTC analysis for understanding ...

Conformally-projectively flat trans-Sasakian statistical manifolds
In this study, the notion of trans-Sasakian statistical manifold is defined, some results for this manifold's curvature tensors are given, an example of 3-dimensional trans-Sasakian statistical manifold is constructed and some characterizations about ...

This study shows that lung adenocarcinomas exploit developmental branching morphogenesis to acquire a therapy resistant basal‐like tumour cell state. This process was found to be regulated by combined TP53 loss‐of‐function and type‐I interferon signalling, identifying a novel axis for biomarker and therapeutic target discovery.

Manifold aligned density estimation [PDF]
With the advent of the information technology, the amount of data we are facing today is growing in both the scale and the dimensionality dramatically. It thus raises new challenges for some traditional machine learning tasks.

A q-exponential statistical Banach manifold
Letµbe a given probability measure andMµ the set ofµ-equivalent strictly positive probability densities -- In this paper we construct a Banach manifold on Mµ, modeled on the space L∞(p · µ) where p is a reference density, for the non-parametric q ...

Semiparametric estimation of shifts on compact Lie groups for image registration [PDF]
In this paper we focus on estimating the deformations that may exist between similar images in the presence of additive noise when a reference template is unknown. The deformations aremodeled as parameters lying in a finite dimensional compact Lie group.
