We have investigated the effect of counter-rotating terms on the dynamics of entanglement and quantum discord between two identical atoms interacting with a lossy single mode cavity field for a system initially in a vacuum state.

Room-Temperature Steady-State Entanglement in a Four-Mode Optomechanical System [PDF]
Stationary entanglement in a four-mode optomechanical system, especially under roomtemperature, is discussed. In this scheme, when the coupling strengths between the two target modes and the mechanical resonator are equal, the results cannot be explained by the Bogoliubov mode- based scheme.

Structural biology of ferritin nanocages
Ferritin is a conserved iron‐storage protein that sequesters iron as a ferric mineral core within a nanocage, protecting cells from oxidative damage and maintaining iron homeostasis. This review discusses ferritin biology, structure, and function, and highlights recent cryo‐EM studies revealing mechanisms of ferritinophagy, cellular iron uptake, and ...

Dynamics of domain walls in magnetic nanostrips [PDF]
We express dynamics of domain walls in ferromagnetic nanowires in terms of collective coordinates generalizing Thiele's steady-state results. For weak external perturbations the dynamics is dominated by a few soft modes.

We identified a systemic, progressive loss of protein S‐glutathionylation—detected by nonreducing western blotting—alongside dysregulation of glutathione‐cycle enzymes in both neuronal and peripheral tissues of Taiwanese SMA mice. These alterations were partially rescued by SMN antisense oligonucleotide therapy, revealing persistent redox imbalance as ...

Structural and biochemical characterisations show that the planar cell polarity (PCP) protein Inturned harbours a unique PDZ‐like domain that does not bind canonical PDZ‐binding motifs (PBMs) like that of another PCP protein Vangl2. In contrast, the apical‐basal polarity protein Scribble contains four PDZ domains that bind Vangl2, but one PDZ domain ...

Mode of recording and modulation frequency effects of auditory steady state response thresholds
Introduction The performance of auditory steady state response (ASSR) in threshold testing when recorded ipsilaterally and contralaterally, as well as at low and high modulation frequencies (MFs), has not been systematically studied. Objective To verify

Tau acetylation at K331 has limited impact on tau pathology in vivo
We mapped tau post‐translational modifications in humanized MAPT knock‐in mice and in amyloid‐bearing double knock‐in mice. Acetylation within the repeat domain, particularly around K331, showed modest increases under amyloid pathology. To test functional relevance, we generated MAPTK331Q knock‐in mice.

Stability Analysis for Steady State Solutions of Burger Equation [PDF]
The Stability Analysis of Steady State Solution of Burger equation by using Fourier mode Stability analysis in two cases has been considered , the first one when the amplitude is constant and the second one when the amplitude is variable .
