Light Echoes of Time-resolved Flares and Application to Kepler Data
Light echoes of stellar flares provide an intriguing option for exploring protoplanetary disks in young stellar systems. Previous work on light echoes of circumstellar disks made use of delta-function flares for modeling.

Stellar Flares: Observations and Theory [PDF]
AbstractPhotometric and spectroscopic observations of a very large flare on AD Leo are presented. A self consistent model of a flare corona, transition region and chromosphere is developed; in particular the chromospheric temperature distributions resulting from X-ray and EUV irradiation by coronae of various temperatures are determined.

Stellar magnetic field manifestations: flares
Understanding stellar magnetic fields is crucial to understanding the structure and evolution of stars. Stellar magnetic fields manifest in many different ways, on many different time scales. In this talk discuss one manifestations of magnetic fields on cool stars: stellar flares.

Objective Treatment of childhood chronic idiopathic uveitis (cCIU) is predominantly based on studies in juvenile idiopathic arthritis–associated uveitis and expert opinion. Our aim was to report the treatment outcomes of our cohort of cCIU. Methods Retrospective multicenter study involving the rheumatology and ophthalmology units at Florence, Italy ...

M-dwarfs frequently produce flares, and their associated coronal mass ejections (CMEs) may threaten the habitability of close-in exoplanets. M-dwarf flares sometimes show prominence eruption signatures, observed as blue/red asymmetries in the H α line ...

Magnetic Activity of TESS Objects Observed in the LAMOST Medium-resolution Spectral Survey
A combination of spectroscopic and photometric observations provides an excellent data sample for studying stellar chromospheric activity. We have combined LAMOST medium-resolution spectra with TESS 2 minute light curves and extracted over 530,000 ...

Objective Immune complexes (ICs), formed by autoantigen and autoantibody, play a pathogenic role in systemic autoimmune diseases through stimulation of Fcγ receptors (FcγR). However, studies investigating bioactivity of circulating ICs across various diseases remain limited.
