Balanced-to-Balanced Microstrip Diplexer Based on Magnetically Coupled Resonators
Two balanced-to-balanced planar diplexers based on magnetically coupled microstrip resonators are proposed in this paper. For the first prototype, each channel/differential-output is composed of a second order single-band balanced bandpass filter based ...

Multi-Channel Step FinFET With Spacer Engineering
Multi-channel FinFET ( $\text{M}_{\textbf {ch}}$ -FinFET) is an emerging device having promising use due to its excellent driving capability. In this paper, we have investigated the significance of multiple channels of FinFET configuration. We have examined the performance of the multi-channel-based step FinFET ( $\text{M}_{\textbf {ch}}$ - step FinFET)

Pancreatic sensory neurons innervating healthy and PDAC tissue were retrogradely labeled and profiled by single‐cell RNA sequencing. Tumor‐associated innervation showed a dominant neurofilament‐positive subtype, altered mitochondrial gene signatures, and reduced non‐peptidergic neurons.

EXOSC10, an essential nuclear RNA exosome‐associated 3′‐5′ exoribonuclease, is inhibited by the anticancer drug 5‐fluorouracil (5‐FU), and EXOSC10 depletion increases 5‐FU sensitivity. The colon‐cancer variant EXOSC10S402T, located in a proteolysis motif, is stable and nuclear but nonfunctional in vivo.

ANALYSIS OF NON-UNIFORM-AEREATED SKIMMING FLOWS IN STEPPED CHANNELS [PDF]
For the hydraulic design of steep stepped channels, it is important to elucidate the aerated flow characteristics of skimming flows both in nonuniform and quasi-uniform flows. For the nonuniform aerated flow region, an analytical equation for calculation of the aerated flow depth is developed, and the surface profile and specific energy are calculated ...

Hijacking emergency granulopoiesis: Neutrophil ontogeny and reprogramming in cancer
Neutrophils are highly plastic innate immune cells; their functions in cancer extend beyond the tumour microenvironment. This Review summarises current understanding of neutrophil maturation and heterogeneity and highlights tumour‐induced granulopoiesis as a systemic programme that expands immature, immunosuppressive neutrophils via tumour‐derived ...

A urine‐based digital PCR assay targeting two hotspot TERT promoter variants detected bladder cancer with high sensitivity and no false positives in this case–control cohort. The streamlined AbsoluteQ workflow outperformed Sanger sequencing and supports non‐invasive molecular testing for bladder cancer detection.
