Ion‐Confinement‐Assisted Erasure Purifies Oxidized MXene for Reuse

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
An erasure‐purification strategy removes surface‐derived TiO2 from oxidized Ti3C2Tx MXene by ion‐confinement‐induced interfacial conversion to soluble titanates, followed by brief acid washing. The scalable process enables approximately 70% material recovery, restores electrical conductivity, and recovers functional performance, including high ...

Modulation of Electronic Structure in Kraft Lignin‐Derived Mo Single‐Atom Catalysts for Optimized Electrochemical Oxygen Reduction

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
Biomass‐derived lignin is used as a sustainable precursor to synthesize Mo single atoms anchored on a nitrogen‐coordinated carbon framework. As the Mo structure transitions from MoC clusters to isolated single‐atom sites, oxygen evolution reaction (ORR) activity progressively improves.

Simulation of Distributed Current Sensor Based on Optical Fiber Deformation

open access: yesПриборы и методы измерений, 2019
Due to the development of automation and control systems, methods and devices for measuring of electric current large values are of great interest. The aim of the work was to develop a schematic diagram of a distributed current strength sensor based on ...

Dynamic Strain Measurement Using Small Gain Stimulated Brillouin Scattering in STFT-BOTDR

open access: yesIEEE Sensors Journal, 2017
A distributed dynamic strain measurement is demonstrated using small gain stimulated Brillouin scattering (SBS) in Brillouin optical time domain reflectometry based on the short-time Fourier transform algorithm.

Near‐Infrared Cocrystal Nanofluorophore with Enhanced Two‐Photon Absorption Cross Sections

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
In this study, organic cocrystal nanoparticles (BP4TC‐NPs) were prepared via a nanoprecipitation method using an amphiphilic surfactant. The resulting cocrystal nanoparticles exhibit exceptional nonlinear optical properties and bioimaging capabilities.

Multiwavelength Brillouin-Thulium Fiber Laser

open access: yesIEEE Photonics Journal, 2014
We demonstrate the first multiwavelength Brillouin-thulium fiber laser (BTFL) with wavelengths near 1.97 μm. The multiwavelength fiber laser was realized based on stimulated Brillouin scattering and nonlinear polarization rotation effects.

Charge‐Acoustic Phonon Coupling Determined Carrier Transport Properties in FAxMA1−xPbBr3 Perovskite Single Crystals

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
This study investigates acoustic phonon‑carrier coupling in FAxMA1−xPbBr3 single crystals using time‑domain Brillouin scattering. The results show that increasing the FA content in FAxMA1−xPbBr3 single crystal reduces both the elastic constant and the intrinsic carrier mobility governed by the acoustic phonon‑carrier coupling.

Light bullet generation via stimulated Brillouin scattering

open access: yesAPL Photonics
We propose an all-optical approach to generating space–time wave packets in a multimode slab waveguide via the multilevel interband stimulated Brillouin scattering process. Two pump sources and a single-mode signal are fed into the waveguide.

Lattice Dynamics Across the High‐Pressure Phase Transition in CrTe

open access: yesAdvanced Electronic Materials, EarlyView.
ABSTRACT High‐pressure physics provides a powerful means of tuning interatomic interactions, enabling the discovery of novel structural and physical phenomena in materials. Chromium telluride, a transition metal chalcogenide, is particularly responsive to such external stimuli, exhibiting a broad spectrum of pressure‐, temperature‐, and stoichiometry ...
