Room‐Temperature Skyrmionic Synapse in 2D Ferromagnet Fe3GaTe2 Operating via Collective Spin Texture Transformation

open access: yesAdvanced Materials, EarlyView.
We demonstrate a neuromorphic synapse in 2D Fe3GaTe2 flakes. The device operates via a current‐driven transformation from a skyrmion‐lattice to a stripe‐domain state, yielding a linear anomalous Hall resistance response with a tunable slope to enable multiply‐accumulate operations. Simulations confirm its viability in artificial neural networks.

EXPLICIT STRONG SOLUTIONS OF MULTIDIMENSIONAL STOCHASTIC DIFFERENTIAL EQUATIONS [PDF]

open access: yes
Herein, we characterize strong solutions of multidimensional stochastic differential equations (formula) that can be represented locally as (formula) where W is an multidimensional Brownian motion and U, (symbole) are continuous functions. Assuming that (

On the weak convergence of stochastic integrals on Skorokhod space: From general theory to applications within the realm of continuous-time random walks

open access: yes
This thesis presents a comprehensive framework for the weak convergence of stochastic Itô integrals on Skorokhod space, under Skorokhod’s J1 and M1 topologies and based on a simple and tractable notion of good decompositions for integrators.

Self‐Powered Flexible Triboelectric‐Gated Ion‐Gel Transistor for Neuromorphic Tactile Sensing and Human Activity Recognition

open access: yesAdvanced Materials, EarlyView.
A fully flexible ion‐gel‐gated graphene‐channel transistor driven by a triboelectric nanogenerator enables self‐powered tactile sensing and synaptic learning. Mimicking spike‐rate‐dependent plasticity, the device exhibits frequency‐selective potentiation and depression, supporting rate‐coded neuromorphic computation even under flex.

Conditional Moment Generating Functions for Integrals and Stochastic Integrals

open access: yes, 1997
In this paper we present two methods for computing filtered estimates for moments of integrals and stochastic integrals of continuous-time nonlinear systems. The first method utilizes recursive stochastic partial differential equations. The second method

All‐Optical Reconfigurable Physical Unclonable Function for Sustainable Security

open access: yesAdvanced Materials, EarlyView.
An all‐optical reconfigurable physical unclonable function (PUF) is demonstrated using plasmonic coupling–induced sintering of optically trapped gold nanoparticles, where Brownian motion serves as a robust entropy source. The resulting optical PUF exhibits high encoding density, strong resistance to modeling attacks, and practical authentication ...

Linear and Quadratic Functionals of RandomHazard rates: an Asymptotic Analysis [PDF]

open access: yes
A popular Bayesian nonparametric approach to survival analysis consists in modeling hazard rates as kernel mixtures driven by a completely random measure.

Inverse Design of Amorphous Materials With Targeted Properties

open access: yesAdvanced Materials, EarlyView.
AMDEN is a diffusion model framework for the inverse design of amorphous materials with targeted properties. By incorporating Hamiltonian Monte Carlo refinement into the denoising process, the framework overcomes the challenge of generating thermally relaxed disordered structures.

Regression Asymptotics Using Martingale Convergence Methods [PDF]

open access: yes
Weak convergence of partial sums and multilinear forms in independent random variables and linear processes to stochastic integrals now plays a major role in nonstationary time series and has been central to the development of unit root econometrics. The

Characterization of stochastic processes by stochastic integrals

open access: yes, 1983
Let {X(t),t∈ T} be a continuous homogeneous stochastic process with independent increments. A review of the recent work on the characterization of Wiener and stable processes and connected results through stochastic integrals is presented.
