Clinical trials on PARP inhibitors in urothelial carcinoma (UC) showed limited efficacy and a lack of predictive biomarkers. We propose SLFN5, SLFN11, and OAS1 as UC‐specific response predictors. We suggest Talazoparib as the better PARP inhibitor for UC than Olaparib.

STRENGTH OF COMPOSITE YARN UNDER BIAXIAL LOADING
The present paper is concerned with two types of periodic unit cell of composite yarn with different geometry but the same material properties. Their macroscopic response under tensile and compressive loading in the transverse direction and their ...

Band-filling effects on electron-phonon properties of normal and superconducting state
We address the effect of band filling on the effective electron mass $m^*$ and the superconducting critical temperature $T_c$ in a electron-phonon system.

HDAC4 is degraded by the E3 ligase FBXW7. In colorectal cancer, FBXW7 mutations prevent HDAC4 degradation, leading to oxaliplatin resistance. Forced degradation of HDAC4 using a PROTAC compound restores drug sensitivity by resetting the super‐enhancer landscape, reprogramming the epigenetic state of FBXW7‐mutated cells to resemble oxaliplatin ...

Utilisation of the method of stress limit for designing the motion screw dimensions
A design of the motion screw using the method of stress limit is described. Further general formulas are induced to design such kind of screws, applied to an example of 11500 (EN ISO E295) steel made screw, strained by static operational force.

Effect of chemotherapy on passenger mutations in metastatic colorectal cancer
Changes in passenger mutation load and predicted immunotherapy response after chemotherapy treatment. Tumor cells rich with passenger mutations have increased sensitivity to chemotherapy. Correlation of passenger mutations with neoantigen load suggests highly mutated clones promote a more effective response to immunotherapy, and therefore, first‐line ...

Dual targeting of RET and SRC synergizes in RET fusion‐positive cancer cells
Despite the strong activity of selective RET tyrosine kinase inhibitors (TKIs), resistance of RET fusion‐positive (RET+) lung cancer and thyroid cancer frequently occurs and is mainly driven by RET‐independent bypass mechanisms. Son et al. show that SRC TKIs significantly inhibit PAK and AKT survival signaling and enhance the efficacy of RET TKIs in ...

The Virasoro algebra determines all `graviton' matrix elements in AdS$_3$/CFT$_2$. We study the explicit exchange of any number of Virasoro gravitons between heavy and light CFT$_2$ operators at large central charge.

Three-graviton scattering in Matrix theory revisited
We consider a subset of the terms in the effective potential describing three-graviton interactions in Matrix theory and in classical eleven-dimensional supergravity. In agreement with the results of Dine and Rajaraman, we find that these terms vanish in
