Targeted modulation of IGFL2‐AS1 reveals its translational potential in cervical adenocarcinoma

open access: yesMolecular Oncology, EarlyView.
Cervical adenocarcinoma patients face worse outcomes than squamous cell carcinoma counterparts despite similar treatment. The identification of IGFL2‐AS1's differential expression provides a molecular basis for distinguishing these histotypes, paving the way for personalized therapies and improved survival in vulnerable populations globally.

The effect of contact stresses in four-point bend testing of graphite/epoxy and graphite/PMR-15 composite beams [PDF]

open access: yes
The results of in-plane four-point bend experiments on unidirectionally reinforced composite beams are presented for graphite/epoxy (T300/934) and graphite/polyimide (G30-500/PMR-15) composites.

Evaluasi Faktor Intensitas Tegangan Pada Ujung Retak Dengan Lubang Penghambar Rambat Petak [PDF]

open access: yes, 2010
The evaluation of stress intensity factors in the crack tip interacting with stoping hole of crack growth was conducted by computer simulation, and this was carried out on vareid configuration of stopping hole. The results of the simulation show that the

Network divergence analysis identifies adaptive gene modules and two orthogonal vulnerability axes in pancreatic cancer

open access: yesMolecular Oncology, EarlyView.
Tumors contain diverse cellular states whose behavior is shaped by context‐dependent gene coordination. By comparing gene–gene relationships across biological contexts, we identify adaptive transcriptional modules that reorganize into distinct vulnerability axes.

Approximate determination of stress intensity factor for multiple surface cracks [PDF]

open access: yesFME Transactions, 2018
In this paper a versatile and easy to use approximate procedure was used for the estimation of mode I stress intensity factors in case of multiple surface cracks in a three dimensional elastic body, subjected to remote uniaxial tensile loading.

Characterization of the stress-strain state in a gas turbine engine compressor disc taking into account damage accumulation

open access: yesFracture and Structural Integrity, 2019
A stress-strain state analysis of a gas turbine engine compressor disc was conducted with consideration to the accumulation of damages under various loading conditions in the temperature range.

The effect of broken stringers on the stress intensity factor for a uniformly stiffened sheet containing a crack [PDF]

open access: yes
A linear elastic stress analysis was made of a centrally cracked sheet stiffened by riveted, uniformly spaced and sized stringers. The stress intensity factor for the sheet and the load concentration factor for the most highly loaded stringer were ...

RIPK4 function interferes with melanoma cell adhesion and metastasis

open access: yesMolecular Oncology, EarlyView.
RIPK4 promotes melanoma growth and spread. RIPK4 levels increase as skin lesions progress to melanoma. CRISPR/Cas9‐mediated deletion of RIPK4 causes melanoma cells to form less compact spheroids, reduces their migratory and invasive abilities and limits tumour growth and dissemination in mouse models.
