Advanced Science, EarlyView.Integrated single‐cell transcriptomic and metabolomic analyses reveal that MYC‐driven glycolysis activates the PI3K‐AKT‐FOXO1 pathway, disrupting Th17/Treg balance and promoting uveitis. MYC inhibition restores immune homeostasis and alleviates disease symptoms.

Advanced Science, EarlyView.Inflammatory dysregulation drives intervertebral disc degeneration via stage‐dependent immune cellular dynamics.
