Advanced Science, EarlyView.Psoriatic disease (PsD) is a chronic skin disease, with challenges in early risk stratification and drug development. Through gene‐level causal inference framework and expression level validation, combined with longitudinal cohort study, CDSN and PRSS8 have been identified as candidate biomarkers and therapeutic targets for PsD.

Advanced Science, EarlyView.Resorbable impedance sensors are successfully implanted into porcine small intestinal anastomoses. Impedance was recorded for 2 hours prior, and 2 hours following ischemia induction, and a significant drop in tissue impedance was observed. Abstract Anastomotic failure remains one of the most severe complications in gastrointestinal surgery.

Advanced Science, EarlyView.HmmyCAFs may form a triple immunosuppressive niche: possibly secrete ECM (POSTN, etc.) as physical barriers to block CD8⁺ T cells, induce CD8⁺ T exhaustion via those molecules, and use HIF‐1α‐driven metabolism to create acidic, nutrient‐poor microenvironments that suppress T cells.
