X-band 3D meander stripline delay line using multilayer LTCC
2009 IEEE MTT-S International Microwave Symposium Digest, 2009Two kinds of multilayer low-temperature co-fired ceramic (LTCC) delay lines (approximate 8λ g and 1λ g at 9.5GHz), using 3D meander stripline, are proposed in this paper. An ultra-wideband 3-db coupler using multilayer substrate integrated stripline
2017 Sixth Asia-Pacific Conference on Antennas and Propagation (APCAP), 2017A novel UWB 3-dB coupler operating from 0.8GHz to 2.5 GHz for RF front-end of wireless communication system is presented. A multilayer symmetric coupled structure based on the parallel coupling theory for the sake of realizing a broadband directional coupler. The proposed 3-dB coupler consists of three layers of dielectric substrates.
