Graph product plays a key role in many applications of graph theory because many large graphs can be constructed from small graphs by using graph products. Here, we discuss two of the most frequent graph-theoretical products. Let G1 and G2 be two graphs.

A Lexicographic Product Cancellation Property for Digraphs [PDF]
There are four prominent product graphs in graph theory: Cartesian, strong, direct, and lexicographic. Of these four product graphs, the lexicographic product graph is the least studied.

Targeted therapy was evaluated in SHH medulloblastoma using neuroepithelial stem cell (NES) and tumor‐derived NES‐like (tNES) models in 2D monolayers and 3D spheroids. PI3K, AKT, and CDK4/6 inhibitors had minimal effects in NES but markedly reduced viability and growth and induced apoptosis in tNES cells, revealing distinct therapeutic vulnerabilities.

Novel Neutrosophic Cubic Graphs Structures With Application in Decision Making Problems
Graphs allow us to study the different patterns of inside the data by making a mental image. The aim of this paper is to develop a neutrosophic cubic graph structure, which is the extension of neutrosophic cubic graphs.

Edge-connectivity of strong products of graphs
The strong product G1 £G2 of graphs G1 and G2 is the graph with V (G1) × V (G2) as the vertex set, and two distinct vertices (x1, x2) and (y1, y2) are adjacent whenever for each i ∈ {1, 2} either xi = yi or xiyi ∈ E(Gi). In this note we show that for two connected graphs G1 and G2 the edge-connectivity λ(G1£G2) equals min{δ(G1£ G2), λ(G1)(|V (G2)|+2|E ...

NKCC1: A key regulator of glioblastoma progression
Glioblastoma (GBM) progression is driven by disrupted chloride cotransporter homeostasis. NKCC1 is highly expressed in stem‐like, astrocytic, and progenitor cells, correlating with earlier recurrence, while overall survival remains unaffected. NKCC1 serves as a prognostic marker and potential therapeutic target, linking chloride transporter imbalance ...

Here, we demonstrate that HS1BP3 interacts with Cortactin through a proline‐rich region (PRR3.1) and show that this interaction, and HS1BP3 itself, promote cancer cell proliferation and invasion. Inhibition of this interaction leads to build‐up of TKS5 in multivesicular endosomes and altered secretion of CD63 and CD9, providing an explanation for the ...

A Sharp Lower Bound For The Generalized 3-Edge-Connectivity Of Strong Product Graphs
The generalized k-connectivity κk(G) of a graph G, mentioned by Hager in 1985, is a natural generalization of the path-version of the classical connectivity. As a natural counterpart of this concept, Li et al.

dUTPases are involved in balancing the appropriate nucleotide pools. We showed that dUTPase is essential for normal development in zebrafish. The different zebrafish genomes contain several single‐nucleotide variations (SNPs) of the dut gene. One of the dUTPase variants displayed drastically lower protein stability and catalytic efficiency as compared ...
