CAR T‐Cell Therapy in Neurology: A Scoping Review of Neuro‐Oncology, Autoimmune Diseases & Neurotoxicity

open access: yesAnnals of Clinical and Translational Neurology, EarlyView.
ABSTRACT Chimeric antigen receptor (CAR) T‐cell therapy has been investigated in neurological diseases, encompassing both central nervous system malignancies and autoimmune disorders, thereby extending its application beyond hematological cancers.

On Block Limiting Norm and Structured Singular Value.

open access: yes, 1987
The notion of limiting norm, introduced by Pokrovskii (Soviet Math. Dokl., vol. 20, pp. 1314-1317, 1979), is generalized to that of block limiting norm.

Uncertainty modelling and structured singular value computation applied to an electro-mechanical system [PDF]

open access: yes, 1992
The investigation of closed-loop systems subject to model perturbations is an important issue to assure stability robustness of a control design. A large variety of model perturbations can be described by norm-bounded uncertainty models.

Computing Structured Singular Values for Sturm-Liouville Problems

open access: yesInternational Journal of Analysis and Applications, 2019

Clinical Practice Guideline for Evaluation and Management of Peripheral Nervous System Manifestations in Sjögren's Disease

open access: yesArthritis Care &Research, EarlyView.
Objective Sjögren's disease is an autoimmune disorder that can impact multiple organ systems, including the peripheral nervous system (PNS). PNS manifestations, which can exist concurrently, include mononeuropathies, polyneuropathies, and autonomic nervous system neuropathies.

Structured low-rank approximation and its applications

open access: yes, 2008
Fitting data by a bounded complexity linear model is equivalent to low-rank approximation of a matrix constructed from the data. The data matrix being Hankel structured is equivalent to the existence of a linear time-invariant system that fits the data ...

Detecting structural collapse of structured natural clays using singular value decomposition of the strain response envelope

open access: yes, 2015
This paper introduces a systematic methodology to detect structural collapses by using the singular value decomposition of the strain response envelope. The singular value decomposition technique is a mathematical tool that enables us to investigate the ...

The Application of the Bidiagonal Factorization of Totally Positive Matrices in Numerical Linear Algebra

open access: yesAxioms
The approach to solving linear systems with structured matrices by means of the bidiagonal factorization of the inverse of the coefficient matrix is first considered in this review article, the starting point being the classical Björck–Pereyra algorithms

Revisiting Stability Criteria in Ball‐Milled High‐Entropy Alloys: Do Hume–Rothery and Thermodynamic Rules Equally Apply?

open access: yesAdvanced Engineering Materials, Volume 27, Issue 6, March 2025.
The stability criteria affecting the formation of high‐entropy alloys, particularly focusing in supersaturated solid solutions produced by mechanical alloying, are analyzed. Criteria based on Hume–Rothery rules are distinguished from those derived from thermodynamic relations. The formers are generally applicable to mechanically alloyed samples.

A Power Method for the Structured Singular Value.

open access: yes, 1988
This paper presents an iterative algorithm to compute lower bounds for the structured singular value. The algorithm resembles a mixture of power methods for eigenvalues and singular values, which is not surprizing, since the structured singular value can
