Conbercept Treatment for Heart‐Shaped Vascular Intertwined Nets in Macular Neovascularization: Anti‐VEGF Drug Therapy Strategy Based on Vascular Geometry Diagnosed by OCTA

A 63‐year‐old male with a history of hypertension and diabetes developed acute vision loss, which was attributed to macular neovascularization secondary to hypertensive retinopathy. Endophthalmitis following intravitreal injections administered by junior medical officers in rural Western Australia
