A reservoir‐guided silver‐nanoparticle soldering strategy is developed for bending‐resistant 3D graphene–metal heterojunctions. Controlled hot‐plate evaporation confines conductive ink within the metal reservoir, suppressing spreading and protecting the LIG interface from deformation‐induced fracture.

The influence of water jet diameter and bone structural properties on the efficiency of pure water jet drilling in porcine bone [PDF]
Using water jets in orthopedic surgery to drill holes in bones can be beneficial due to the absence of thermal damage and the always sharp cut. To minimize operating time and the volume of water that is used, the efficiency (volume of removed bone per ...

Efficiency of cavity dissolution in rock salt by water submerged jets
To create cavities when dissolving rock salt, it is most expedient to supply the solvent through the nozzles of a perforated pipe in the form of submerged jets. This article examines the physical dissolution of a cavity with water from a stationary nozzle with a diameter of 0.004 m at two constant velocities at the nozzle cross-section.

Chiral Morphing of Liquid Crystal Polymer Networks
This paper reviews how macroscopic chirality spontaneously arises from liquid crystal polymer materials. It describes how alignment is utilized to create the mechanical anisotropy, geometric misorientation and asymmetry that leads to chiral shape morphing, how shape selection between helicoids and helices arises, the techniques used to prepare these ...
