A quasi‐solid BMICl/CNTs additive addresses dual challenges in four‐electron zinc‐iodine batteries (4eZIBs). It suppresses polyiodide shuttling via bonding in the I−/I0 step and enhances I+ kinetics while curbing hydrolysis via Cl− immobilization and BMI‐ICl2 complex formation in the I0/I+ step.
