Microcontroller Power Consumption Measurement Based on PSoC

open access: yesTelfor Journal, 2016
Microcontrollers are often used as central processing elements in embedded systems. Because of different sleep and performance modes that microcontrollers support, their power consumption may have a high dynamic range, over 100 dB.

Design and Implementation of a Low Power Successive Approximation ADC

open access: yesDEStech Transactions on Engineering and Technology Research, 2018
This paper designed a low-power successive approximation ADC based on BCD 0.35um standard CMOS technology. The overall static power consumption of the circuit and the use of passive components has been reduced by using switch dynamic comparator and the comparator of the state transition controlled by the clock signal as well as the DAC circuit uses ...

Very Low Cost Entropy Source Based on Chaotic Dynamics Retrofittable on Networked Devices to Prevent RNG Attacks

open access: yes, 2014
Good quality entropy sources are indispensable in most modern cryptographic protocols. Unfortunately, many currently deployed networked devices do not include them and may be vulnerable to Random Number Generator (RNG) attacks.

Low‐power successive approximation ADC using split‐monotonic capacitive DAC

open access: yesIET Circuits, Devices & Systems, 2018
A power‐efficient successive approximation analogue‐to‐digital converter (SA‐ADC) is proposed. In order to reduce the energy consumption of the employed capacitive digital‐to‐analogue converter (DAC), a new low‐energy capacitor switching technique is proposed which consumes no switching energy during the first three comparison steps.

Data Acquisition and Control System of Hydroelectric Power Plant Using Internet Techniques [PDF]

open access: yes, 2015
Vzhledem k mnoha

Sub-Nyquist Sampling: Bridging Theory and Practice [PDF]

open access: yes, 2011
Sampling theory encompasses all aspects related to the conversion of continuous-time signals to discrete streams of numbers. The famous Shannon-Nyquist theorem has become a landmark in the development of digital signal processing. In modern applications,
