On the Geometric Approach to the Boundary Problem in Supergravity
We review the geometric superspace approach to the boundary problem in supergravity, retracing the geometric construction of four-dimensional supergravity Lagrangians in the presence of a non-trivial boundary of spacetime.

Consistent 4-form fluxes for maximal supergravity [PDF]
We derive new ansaetze for the 4-form field strength of D=11 supergravity corresponding to uplifts of four-dimensional maximal gauged supergravity. In particular, the ansaetze directly yield the components of the 4-form field strength in terms of the ...

de Sitter State in Heterotic String Theory
Abstract Recent no‐go theorems have ruled out four‐dimensional classical de Sitter vacua in heterotic string theory. On the other hand, the absence of a well‐defined Wilsonian effective action and other related phenomena also appear to rule out such time‐dependent vacua with de Sitter isometries, even in the presence of quantum corrections.

$$dS_5$$ dS5 vacua from matter-coupled 5D $$N=4$$ N=4 gauged supergravity
We study $$dS_5$$ dS5 vacua within matter-coupled $$N=4$$ N=4 gauged supergravity in five dimensions using the embedding tensor formalism. With a simple ansatz for solving the extremization and positivity of the scalar potential, we derive a set of ...

Enhanced Separation Behavior of Metals from Simulated Printed Circuit Boards by Supergravity
Printed circuit boards (PCBs) contain valuable metals, epoxy resin, and glass fiber, resulting in them being considered as attractive secondary sources of metals.

D=7 SU(2) Gauged Supergravity From D=10 Supergravity [PDF]
The theory of SU(2) gauged seven-dimensional supergravity is obtained by compactifying ten dimensional N=1 supergravity on the group manifold SU(2).

Recent and new results on octonionic Bergman and Szegö kernels
Very recently one has started to study Bergman and Szegö kernels in the setting of octonionic monogenic functions. In particular, explicit formulas for the Bergman kernel for the octonionic unit ball and for the octonionic right half‐space as well as a formula for the Szegö kernel for the octonionic unit ball have been established.

Supersymmetric $$AdS_5$$ AdS5 black holes and strings from 5D $$N=4$$ N=4 gauged supergravity
We study supersymmetric $$AdS_3\times \Sigma _2$$ AdS3×Σ2 and $$AdS_2\times \Sigma _3$$ AdS2×Σ3 solutions, with $$\Sigma _2=S^2,H^2$$ Σ2=S2,H2 and $$\Sigma _3=S^3,H^3$$ Σ3=S3,H3 , in five-dimensional $$N=4$$ N=4 gauged supergravity coupled to five vector

Multi-Field versus Single-Field in the Supergravity Models of Inflation and Primordial Black Holes
We review the models unifying inflation and Primordial Black Hole (PBH) formation, which are based on the modified (Starobinsky-type) supergravity. We begin with the basic (Starobinsky) inflationary model of modified gravity and its alpha-attractor-type ...

Toward Supergravity Spectral Action
A spectral action of Euclidean supergravity is proposed. We calculate up to $a_4$, the Seeley-Dewitt coefficients in the expansion of the spectral action associated to the supergravity Dirac operator.
