Charge transport mechanisms in corona charged polymeric materials
Polymeric materials have been widely used as an insulator due to their excellent electrical properties, light weight and low cost. Surface potential measurement is one of the simplest and low cost tools to gauge electrical properties of materials.

Potential-Dependent Temporal Dynamics of CO Surface Concentration in Electrocatalytic CO2 Reduction
Beyond the identity and structure of an intermediate, changes in its concentration on and near the electrode surface with time are a critical component to understand and improve selectivity and reactivity in electrochemical transformations.

Targeted therapy was evaluated in SHH medulloblastoma using neuroepithelial stem cell (NES) and tumor‐derived NES‐like (tNES) models in 2D monolayers and 3D spheroids. PI3K, AKT, and CDK4/6 inhibitors had minimal effects in NES but markedly reduced viability and growth and induced apoptosis in tNES cells, revealing distinct therapeutic vulnerabilities.

Hippo pathway at the crossroads of stemness and therapeutic resistance in breast cancer
Dysregulation of the Hippo pathway drives nuclear accumulation of YAP/TAZ, activating stemness‐related transcriptional programs that sustain breast cancer stemness and fuel therapeutic resistance across subtypes, underscoring Hippo signaling as a targetable vulnerability. Figure created and edited with BioRender.com.

CCDC80 suppresses high‐grade serous ovarian cancer migration via negative regulation of B7‐H3
PAX8 is a lineage‐specific master regulator of transcription in high‐grade serous ovarian cancer (HGSC) progression. We show for the first time that PAX8 facilitates proliferation and metastasis by repressing the cell autonomous tumor suppressor CCDC80 and inducing B7‐H3 expression.

Accuracy of Low-level Surface in Hierarchical Construction of Potential Energy Surface
The effects of low-level PUS on the overall accuracy of the final surface constructed by using hierarchical construction were investigated with the constructions of a number of global surfaces for the H3 system at UHF (UMP2, DFT-B3LYP, UCCSD(T))/vtz, and

E2A selectively regulates TGF‐β–induced apoptosis in KRAS‐mutant non‐small cell lung cancer
Ability to induce apoptosis by TGF‐β is frequently lost in advanced lung adenocarcinoma despite intact TGF‐β signaling. We identify E2A as a mutant KRAS–dependent mediator of resistance to TGF‐β–induced apoptosis. TGF‐β induces E2A via SMAD3 in mutant KRAS cells, and E2A silencing restores apoptosis and enhances radiation response in cell lines ...
