Interrogating the immune landscape of microsatellite stable RAS‐mutated colon cancer

open access: yesMolecular Oncology, EarlyView.
COLOSSUS project RAS‐mutated MSS colon cancer study explored transcriptomics and immune cell density by immunohistochemistry (IHC), Immunoscore (IS), ISIC/TuLIS scores, mutation counts, and detected different prevalences but similar microenvironment composition across immune markers with clinical relevance for future immunotherapy combination ...

An image registration method for surgical robots based on human-robot cooperation

open access: yes, 2016
This paper introduces an image registration method for surgical robots. Force/torque transducer is fixed onto the robot and the surficial feature of the intraoperative operating space could be obtained with human-robot cooperation way.

A touch-free human-robot collaborative surgical navigation robotic system based on hand gesture recognition

open access: yesFrontiers in Neuroscience, 2023
Robot-assisted minimally invasive surgery (RAMIS) has gained significant traction in clinical practice in recent years. However, most surgical robots rely on touch-based human-robot interaction (HRI), which increases the risk of bacterial diffusion. This

Establishment of a humanized patient‐derived xenograft mouse model of high‐grade serous ovarian cancer for preclinical evaluation of combination immunotherapy

open access: yesMolecular Oncology, EarlyView.
We have established a humanized orthotopic patient‐derived xenograft (Hu‐oPDX) mouse model of high‐grade serous ovarian cancer (HGSOC) that recapitulates human tumor–immune interactions. Using combined anti‐PD‐L1/anti‐CD73 immunotherapy, we demonstrate the model's improved biological relevance and enhanced translational value for preclinical ...

Magnetic Resonance Compatibility Analysis Method of Surgical Robotic System Based on Image Quality Evaluation

open access: yesChinese Journal of Magnetic Resonance, 2023
To ensure the safety and precision of surgery, the robotic system applied in magnetic resonance (MR) image-guided robot-assisted surgery should be MR-compatible. In terms of this issue, a MR compatibility analysis method for surgical robotic system based

CCDC80 suppresses high‐grade serous ovarian cancer migration via negative regulation of B7‐H3

open access: yesMolecular Oncology, EarlyView.
PAX8 is a lineage‐specific master regulator of transcription in high‐grade serous ovarian cancer (HGSC) progression. We show for the first time that PAX8 facilitates proliferation and metastasis by repressing the cell autonomous tumor suppressor CCDC80 and inducing B7‐H3 expression.

CD47 promotes mitogen‐activated protein kinase and epithelial‐to‐mesenchymal transition molecular programs to drive prometastatic phenotypes in non‐small cell lung cancer

open access: yesMolecular Oncology, EarlyView.
Beyond its role in immune evasion, this study identified that CD47 drives tumor‐intrinsic signaling in non‐small cell lung cancer (NSCLC). Transcriptomic profiling and functional studies revealed that CD47 regulates cell adhesion, migration, and metastasis through an ERK–EMT signaling axis.
