IGBT convertor with active snubber for soft switching
This full bridge dc-dc convertor with IGBTs uses zero voltage switching (ZVS) for one leg of the bridge and zero current switching (ZCS) for the other. It is shown that an active snubber greatly improves the performance over previous methods. Experimental results are shown for a 6 kW circuit switching at 20 kHz.

New bilinear switched-capacitor immittance convertor circuit
A new switched-capacitor immittance convertor circuit is proposed which enables the conversion of the capacitive (n+1)-terminal networks into the corresponding bilinearly equivalent inductive (n+1)-terminal networks. The proposed immittance converter circuit requires only two operational amplifiers and five capacitors.

Characteristic curves for analysing limit cyclebehaviour in switching convertors
The concept of characteristic curves (CCs) for analysing the behaviour of limit cycles in elementary DC-DC switching converters is introduced. The CC is derived by considering opposite vector fields in the on and off configurations. Feedback regulated converters with PWM or hysteresis control are investigated using this approach.

Improved switched-capacitor algorithmic analogue-to-digital convertor
A novel switched-capacitor circuit is presented for algorithmic analogue-to-digital conversion. Besides the reduced component count, the proposed circuit shows that it can accept a differential analogue signal. A conversion accuracy higher than 12 bits is easily attainable with its integrated version.

Scorpion DAC: a new family of switched-capacitor D/A convertors
The theory of the simulated capacitor or resistor array parasitic-insensitive/offset-nulling (SCORPION) digital to analogue convenor (DAC) is presented. This unique DAC architecture features high speed, high modularity, reduced 1/f noise and excellent economy. The properties of this DAC allow modular development of n-bit DACs in MOS.
