A single-circuit robust system of active shielding for magnetic field, generated by group of power transmission lines with different spatial locations of the single shielding coil is given. The synthesis of a robust system of active shielding is based on multi-criteria stochastic game decision, which calculated by multiswarm stochastic multi-agent ...

Optimal Design of System of Active Shielding of Magnetic Field Generated by Overhead Power Lines
2021 IEEE 16th International Conference on the Experience of Designing and Application of CAD Systems (CADSM), 2021Reduction of the magnetic field is created by overhead power line in building by means of active mitigation is considered. Design of system of active mitigation is reduced to calculation of the spatial location of the compensating windings and the parameters of the system active mitigation regulators based on the solution of a vector game.

The problem of reducing the magnetic field generated by a group of overhead power lines by means of active shielding is considered. First, a metamodel of the magnetic field generated by a group of overhead power lines was synthesized. The task of synthesizing the metamodel of the magnetic field is reduced to a zero-sum antagonistic game. The components

Development and verification of signal processing system of BGO active shield onboard Astro-H
Space Telescopes and Instrumentation 2014: Ultraviolet to Gamma Ray, 2014The hard X-ray imager (HXI) and soft gamma-ray detector (SGD) onboard Astro-H observe astronomical objects with high sensitivity in the hard X-ray (5−80 keV) and soft gamma-ray (40−600 keV) energy bands. To achieve this high sensitivity, background rejection is essential, and these detectors are surrounded by large and thick bismuth germinate ...

This paper proposes and analyzes an active-shielding method to reduce EMF of wireless power transfer (WPT) systems. Additional power supplies and two windings cancel magnetic field generated by the WPT coils with only reactive power. The advantage of the proposed method is that the capacity of the additional power supplies are small.

Design and optimization of feedback control system for active shielding of HTS RF-SQUID based MCG
2016 24th Iranian Conference on Electrical Engineering (ICEE), 2016A High Tc RF-SQUID Based magnetocardiography system is developed for operating in a passively unshielded environment, in which active shielding is implemented to compensate field noises for the low to midrange frequency range. The main part of the implemented active shield configuration is a feedback control system designed for environmental noise ...

Abstract The hard X-ray Imager and Soft Gamma-ray Detector onboard ASTRO-H demonstrate high sensitivity to hard X-ray (5–80 keV) and soft gamma-rays (60–600 keV), respectively. To reduce the background, both instruments are actively shielded by large, thick Bismuth Germanate scintillators.
