Investigation of invariant manifolds of dynamic systems by means of quadratic forms [PDF]
Summary: The paper is devoted to the investigation of bounded invariant manifolds of dynamic systems described by systems of ordinary differential equations. In particular invariant tori of perturbed systems are studied.

Trap‐Assisted Transport and Neuromorphic Plasticity in Lead‐Free 2D Perovskites PEA2SnI4
An artificial retina built from lead‐free layered perovskite (PEA)2SnI4 converts light input into a persistent photocurrent and sums successive flashes over time. Micro/nanocrystals integrated on electrodes act as synapse‐like pixels that perform temporal integration directly in hardware. This in‐sensor preprocessing merges detection and computation on

On a micropolar theory of growing solids
The present paper is devoted to the problem of boundary conditions formulation in the growing micropolar solid mechanics. The static equations of the micropolar continuum in terms of relative tensors (pseudotensors) are derived due to virtual work ...

Imaging of Biphoton States: Fundamentals and Applications
Quantum states of two photons exhibit a rich polarization and spatial structure, which provides a fundamental resource of strongly correlated and entangled states. This review analyzes the physics of these intriguing properties and explores the various techniques and technologies available to measure them, including the state of the art of their ...

How to Understand LMMSE Transceiver Design for MIMO Systems From Quadratic Matrix Programming [PDF]
In this paper, a unified linear minimum mean-square-error (LMMSE) transceiver design framework is investigated, which is suitable for a wide range of wireless systems.

Thermodynamics of quantum dissipative many-body systems
We consider quantum nonlinear many-body systems with dissipation described within the Caldeira-Leggett model, i.e., by a nonlocal action in the path integral for the density matrix.

In this report, we demonstrate that a crystalline phase of 52nm thick NiFe2O4 can be grown by RF sputtering on top of γ‐Al2O3(8nm)/SrTiO3 at a significantly low temperature (150 °C) without compromising the mobility and carrier density of the 2D electron gas at the γ‐Al2O3(8nm)/SrTiO3 interface.

SYNTHESIS OF DESIGN PARAMETERS OF MULTI-PURPOSE DYNAMIC SYSTEMS
Two problems related to the optimization of linear stationary dynamic systems are considered. A general formulation of the multi-purpose problem of optimal control with the choice of design parameters is given.

Reducing power consumption in spintronic memory remains a major challenge due to the need for high current densities. A bilayer of gadolinium and holmium iron garnets enables purely temperature‐induced, nonvolatile magnetic switching with bistable states within a ±25 K range. This approach achieves up to 66‐fold lower energy use than current spin–orbit

Diagonalizing the genome II: toward possible applications [PDF]
In a previous paper, we showed that the orientable cover of the moduli space of real genus zero algebraic curves with marked points is a compact aspherical manifold tiled by associahedra, which resolves the singularities of the space of phylogenetic ...
