Generation of virus-specific cytotoxic T cells in vitro I. Induction conditions of primary and secondary Sendai virus-specific cytotoxic T cells [PDF]
H-2-restricted cytotoxic T cells specific for Sendai virus were generated in vitro in a primary response from normal mouse lymphocytes cultured in the presence of infective as well as inactivated Sendai virus. Antigen-presenting cells of different origin,

Analysis of peripheral blood lymphocytes (PBL) populations using the OK or Leu series of monoclonal antibodies is commonly conducted to investigate the immunological status of patients such as autoimmune disease, immunodeficiency syndrome, or malignant tumor. We have recently encountered two eases of osteosarcoma with deficiency of T4 epitope on helper/

Reactivity of human and porcine natural interferon-alpha producing cells to immunostimulatory DNA [PDF]
The interferon-α (IFN-α) inducing capacity of various forms of immunostimulatory DNA and the identity of the IFN-α producing cells (IPC) were studied in human and porcine leukocytes.

Subset- and tissue-defined STAT5 thresholds control homeostasis and function of innate lymphoid cells [PDF]
Innate lymphoid cells (ILCs) patrol environmental interfaces to defend against infection and protect barrier integrity. Using a genetic tuning model, we demonstrate that the signal-dependent transcription factor (TF) STAT5 is critical for accumulation of

Cell surface interactome analysis identifies TSPAN4 as a negative regulator of PD‐L1 in melanoma
Using cell surface proximity biotinylation, we identified tetraspanin TSPAN4 within the PD‐L1 interactome of melanoma cells. TSPAN4 negatively regulates PD‐L1 expression and lateral mobility by limiting its interaction with CMTM6 and promoting PD‐L1 degradation.
