Professional Memory CD4+ T Lymphocytes Preferentially Reside and Rest in the Bone Marrow [PDF]
SummaryCD4+ T lymphocytes are key to immunological memory. Here we show that in the memory phase of specific immune responses, most of the memory CD4+ T lymphocytes had relocated into the bone marrow (BM) within 3–8 weeks after their generation—a process

FUNCTIONAL AORTIC STIFFNESS:ROLE OF CD4+ T LYMPHOCYTES
The immune system is suggested to be essential in vascular remodeling and stiffening. To study the dependence upon lymphocytes in vascular stiffening, we compared an angiotensin II-model of vascular stiffening in normal C57BL/6J mice with lymphocyte ...

There is an unmet need in metastatic breast cancer patients to monitor therapy response in real time. In this study, we show how a noninvasive and affordable strategy based on sequencing of plasma samples with longitudinal tracking of tumour fraction paired with a statistical model provides valuable information on treatment response in advance of the ...

Allorecognition by T lymphocytes and allograft rejection
Recognition of donor antigens by recipient T cells in secondary lymphoid organs initiates the adaptive inflammatory immune response leading to the rejection of allogeneic transplants.

Loss of the frequently mutated chromatin remodeler ARID1A, a subunit of the SWI/SNF cBAF complex, results in less open chromatin, alternative splicing, and the failure to stop cells from progressing through the cell cycle after DNA damage in bladder (cancer) cells. Created in BioRender. Epigenetic regulators, such as the SWI/SNF complex, with important

Lymphocytic Colitis With Enterocolic Lymphocytic Phlebitis
ABSTRACT Enterocolic lymphocytic phlebitis is a rare lymphocytic vasculitis afflicting the gastrointestinal veins without involving the arterial system. Lymphocytic colitis is a more common pathology described as lymphocytic inflammation of the colonic epithelium. Concurrence of both these pathologies is extremely rare.

This study highlights the importance of multi‐omic analyses in characterizing colorectal cancers. Indeed, our analysis revealed a rare CMS1 exhibiting dampened immune activation, including reduced PD‐1 expression, moderate CD8+ T‐cell infiltration, and suppressed JAK/STAT pathway.
