The oral microbiota and periodontal health in orthodontic patients
Abstract The oral microbiota develops within the first 2 years of childhood and becomes distinct from the parents by 4 years‐of‐age. The epigenetic reprogramming is orchestrated by a TFEB‐SOX4‐SWI/SNF axis, with SOX4 acting as a central, dosage‐sensitive regulator.

ECG parameters, particularly depolarization‐based markers, demonstrate high specificity for differentiating ARVC from idiopathic outflow tract arrhythmias. A multi‐marker ECG approach may facilitate accessible early screening and clinical decision‐making, particularly in settings with limited access to advanced imaging.
