Primary Biliary Cholangitis‐Associated Granulomatous Interstitial Lung Disease: Pulmonary Epithelial‐Interface Injury Supporting the Concept of Generalized Autoimmune Epithelitis

We report a rare case of primary biliary cholangitis‐associated granulomatous interstitial lung disease (PBC‐GILD) in a patient with coexisting anti‐synthetase syndrome. Bronchoalveolar lavage fluid revealed lymphocytosis with multinucleated giant cells.
