High‐Detectivity InGaAs/GaAsP Superlattice PIN Photodetector with a Thin Absorber on GaAs substrate for 1100 nm Applications

open access: yesAdvanced Electronic Materials, EarlyView.
A high‐performance strain‐compensated InGaAs/GaAsP superlattice SWIR photodetector was successfully grown by MOCVD on a scalable 100 mm GaAs platform. Combining excellent structural quality with strong optoelectronic performance, the device delivers a low dark current density of 2.3 × 10−7 A/cm2 and a detectivity of 1.9 × 1011 Jones at 1100 nm ...

Lattice Coherency‐Driven (111)‐Oriented Wide Bandgap Perovskite Films

open access: yesAdvanced Energy Materials, EarlyView.
Methylammonium lead chloride (MAPbCl3)‐derived seed templates regulate wide‐bandgap perovskite crystallization through coupled thermodynamic and kinetic effects. Lattice‐coherent templating lowers the energy cost for (111) epilayer growth, while growth retardation controls crystallization kinetics, ultimately producing highly crystalline face‐up (111 ...

High‐Performance Noble‐Metal‐Free Perovskite Solar Cells Enabled by MoOX/Cr/Al Multilayer Electrodes

open access: yesAdvanced Energy Materials, EarlyView.
Cost‐effective perovskite solar cells (PSCs) are developed using a noble‐metal‐free MoOX/Cr/Al multilayer electrode. The devices achieve a power conversion efficiency (PCE) of 25.6%, competitive with that of Au‐based devices (26.3%), and a 25.5 cm2 mini‐module shows 21.3% PCE.

Localization pattern of GFP-TBP in mouse oocytes. [PDF]

open access: yes, 2013
(A) Time lapse results of GFP-TBP expression during mouse oocyte meiotic maturation. GFP-TBP accumulated in the germinal vesicle after 2 h culture with IBMX but degraded at 4 h with fresh medium, while the control H2A.Z-GFP localized at the chromosomes ...

Multicenter evaluation of the acid-fast bacillus smear, mycobacterial culture, Xpert MTB/RIF assay, and adenosine deaminase for the diagnosis of tuberculous peritonitis in China

open access: yesInternational Journal of Infectious Diseases, 2020
Background: The aim of this study was to assess the validity of GeneXpert MTB/RIF (Xpert) and adenosine deaminase (ADA) in the diagnosis of tuberculous peritonitis (TBP). Methods: The laboratory results of peritoneal effusion (PE) specimens from patients

TBP facilitates RNA Polymerase I transcription following mitosis

open access: yesRNA Biology
The TATA-box binding protein (TBP) is the sole transcription factor common in the initiation complexes of the three major eukaryotic RNA Polymerases (Pol I, II and III).

Mass transfer model for two-layer TBP oxidation reactions [PDF]

open access: yes, 1994
To prove that two-layer, TBP-nitric acid mixtures can be safely stored in the canyon evaporators, it must be demonstrated that a runaway reaction between TBP and nitric acid will not occur.
