TBP genomic profiles. [PDF]

open access: yes, 2016
TBP amplification pattern of the 37 grapevine accessions of Table 1. Cvs are ordered according to cluster analysis of Fig 2. Blue boxes indicate few polymorphisms associated to clones of the same cv. (NBC vs NBR and MEM vs MR5).

Bioequivalence of two oral formulations of tebipenem pivoxil hydrobromide in healthy subjects

open access: yesClinical and Translational Science, 2022
Tebipenem pivoxil hydrobromide (TBP‐PI‐HBr) is a novel oral carbapenem prodrug of tebipenem (TBP), the active moiety, currently in development for treating serious bacterial infections.

SAGA binds TBP via its Spt8 subunit in competition with DNA: implications for TBP recruitment [PDF]

open access: yesThe EMBO Journal, 2006
In yeast, the multisubunit SAGA (Spt-Ada-Gcn5-acetyltransferase) complex acts as a coactivator to recruit the TATA-binding protein (TBP) to the TATA box, a critical step in eukaryotic gene regulation. However, it is unclear which SAGA subunits are responsible for SAGA's direct interactions with TBP and precisely how SAGA recruits TBP to the promoter ...

Ultralow‐Dispersion Silicon THz Photonic Crystal Interconnects for Multichannel Datalinks

open access: yesAdvanced Materials, EarlyView.
An all‐silicon terahertz photonic crystal waveguide interconnect enables 452 Gbps aggregate data transfer through seven complex‐modulated channels. By revealing the impact of ultralow dispersion on link performance and achieving a record interconnect figure of merit, the work advances centimeter‐scale THz on‐chip communication for future data‐centre ...

Ambiphilic Ligand Stabilization of Aluminum(I) Fragments: Halides, Cations, and a Hydride

open access: yesAngewandte Chemie, EarlyView.
Stabilization of elusive aluminum(I) halides in the framework of an ambiphilic ligand is reported. The unique bonding situation at the trigonal‐bipyramidal aluminum center is analyzed, and the coordination chemistry and Al(I)Br transfer reactivity of the complexes are presented.

MEASUREMENT OF THE VAPOR PRESSURE OF TBP [PDF]

open access: yes, 1961
Two methods, the transpiration and direct P/sup 32/ counting methods, were tested for use in measuring the vapor pressure of TBP. With the transpiration technique, measured TBP vapor pressures were sufficiently reproducible, and probably of sufficient ...

Photodoping in Wide‐Bandgap Perovskite Solar Cells With MXenes

open access: yesAdvanced Optical Materials, EarlyView.
Ultrafast tandem spectroscopy and DFT modeling reveal the separate dynamics and the imbalance of electrons and holes in wide bandgap perovskite solar cells with MXene incorporation. The enhanced photoconversion performances of the devices are traced to photodoping, with selective hole trapping and suppressed recombination of electrons.

Functions of Mediator and the RNA Polymerase II C-terminal Domain in Transcription Initiation [PDF]

open access: yes, 2008
RNA polymerase II (RNAPII) has been identified almost 40 years ago, but the molecular details of its regulation and fine tuning during messenger RNA (mRNA) synthesis are still far from understood. Subsequently to RNAPII six general transcription factors (

From Berzelius to Hyperspace: Previously Unrecognized Network of Reactivity in Textbook Brominations

open access: yesAngewandte Chemie, EarlyView.
Robotic scans across multidimensional condition spaces of classic bromination reactions uncover regions of previously unrecognized reactivity, yielding new major products and novel substitution patterns. Correlation and anticorrelation analyses of product distributions across these hyperspaces enable reconstruction of the underlying mechanistic ...
