An Environment for "Sniffing" DCE-RPC Traffic [PDF]
The ability to watch the network traffic generated by client and server applications can greatly assist in both understanding how a client/server application functions, as well as identifying problem areas.

Structural insights into an engineered feruloyl esterase with improved MHET degrading properties
A feruloyl esterase was engineered to mimic key features of MHETase, enhancing the degradation of PET oligomers. Structural and computational analysis reveal how a point mutation stabilizes the active site and reshapes the binding cleft, expading substrate scope.

Cross-Blockchain Technology: Integration Framework and Security Assumptions
Interoperability is identified as one of the major design constraints for blockchain technology. Cross-blockchain technology is fast evolving as the demand for value transfer among different blockchain systems is growing.

Numerical Simulation of an InP Photonic Integrated Cross-Connect for Deep Neural Networks on Chip
We propose a novel photonic accelerator architecture based on a broadcast-and-weight approach for a deep neural network through a photonic integrated cross-connect.

Biomolecular condensates formed by fused in sarcoma (FUS) are dissolved by high ATP concentrations yet persist in cells. Using a reconstituted system, we demonstrate that valosin‐containing protein (VCP), an AAA+ ATPase, counteracts ATP‐driven dissolution of FUS condensates through its D2 ATPase activity.

Towards Integrating Behaviour Demand Response into Simulation Based Heat Production Optimisation
Behaviour Demand Response (BDR) is the process of communicating with the building occupants and integrating their behavioural flexibility into the energy value chain. In this paper we will present an integrated behavioural model based on well-established

Diversity and complexity in neural organoids
Neural organoid research aims to expand genetic diversity on one side and increase tissue complexity on the other. Chimeroids integrate multiple donor genomes within single organoids. Self‐organising multi‐identity organoids, exogenous cell seeding, or enforced assembly of region‐specific organoids contribute to tissue complexity.
