ABSTRACT Photonic integrated circuits (PICs) can deliver unparalleled performance for future neuromorphic computing applications. Such neuromorphic PICs require a large number of tunable switches, which are typically realized with current‐controlled heaters, resulting in considerable energy consumption.

Mono‐ and bilayer MoS2 photodetectors enable wavelength‐selective AC photoresponse and optically driven capacitance modulation under visible illumination. Green excitation produces the strongest cumulative capacitive response, consistent with trap‐mediated charge accumulation at mono/bilayer and metal–MoS2 interfaces.

Tellurides, selenides and Bi-mineral assemblages from the Rio Narcea Gold Belt, Asturias, Spain: genetic implications in Cu-Au and Au skarns [PDF]
Gold ores in skarns from the Rio Narcea Gold Belt are associated with Bi–Te(–Se)- bearing minerals. These mineral assemblages have been used to compare two different skarns from this belt, a Cu–Au skarn (calcic and magnesian) from the El Valle deposit,

A type of thermoelectric ionogels with convertible n‐p thermopowers are demonstrated with Seebeck coefficients ranging from ‐3.61 to +9.74 mV K−1. Thus, thermoelectric gating organic electrochemical transistor is achieved by employing ionogel as thermoelectric modules and ionic dielectrics simultaneously, paving the road to self‐powered, highly ...

ZnSb reduces carrier concentration and suppresses Te volatilization, while Se substitution within QLs softens phonons and enhances anharmonicity. Swapped bilayers near twin boundaries strengthen phonon scattering and interlayer bonding. As a result, the optimal sample achieves an ultra‐high zT ∼1.51, cooling temperature difference of ∼70 K, power ...
