Analysis of the Relationship Between Photovoltaic Temperature Coefficients and Varying Solar Irradiance Levels

open access: yesRevue des Énergies Renouvelables
This work presents an experimental investigation into the temperature coefficients of aged monocrystalline photovoltaic (PV) modules operating under real outdoor conditions. The analysis is based on one year of high-resolution monitoring data from a grid-

Finite Temperature Chern-Simons Coefficient [PDF]

open access: yesPhysical Review Letters, 1997
Summary: We compute the exact finite temperature effective action in a \((0 + 1)\)-dimensional field theory containing a topological Chern-Simons term, which has many features in common with \((2 + 1)\)-dimensional Chern-Simons theories. This exact result explains the origin and meaning of puzzling temperature dependent coefficients found in various ...

Investigating transcription factor dynamics in health and disease using FRAP

open access: yesFEBS Letters, EarlyView.
FRAP analysis of GFP‐tagged transcription factors reveals how molecular mobility and target engagement change in response to drug treatment. By combining live‐cell imaging, quantitative model fitting, and statistical analysis, this approach uncovers transcription factor dynamics linked to disease mechanisms, providing a powerful framework for ...

AscF in the mycobacterial CIII–CIV supercomplex lacks metal and nucleotide binding but links malate oxidation to respiration

open access: yesFEBS Letters, EarlyView.
The mycobacterial CIII‐CIV respiratory supercomplex is an obligate assembly, encompassing several subunits of unknown functions. We have characterized the intracellular subunit AscF, and show that it is unlikely to be a sensor for metals or nucleotides, but is required for growth on nonfermentable energy sources, and likely works as an adapter for ...

Thermal expansion coefficient of diamond in a wide temperature range

open access: yesDiamond and related materials, 2019
Experimental data for the linear thermal expansion coefficient of diamond available in the literature were analyzed and carefully selected to produce a representative dataset, which was fit with a multi-frequency Einstein model (R.

Establishment of a humanized patient‐derived xenograft mouse model of high‐grade serous ovarian cancer for preclinical evaluation of combination immunotherapy

open access: yesMolecular Oncology, EarlyView.
We have established a humanized orthotopic patient‐derived xenograft (Hu‐oPDX) mouse model of high‐grade serous ovarian cancer (HGSOC) that recapitulates human tumor–immune interactions. Using combined anti‐PD‐L1/anti‐CD73 immunotherapy, we demonstrate the model's improved biological relevance and enhanced translational value for preclinical ...

KDM7A and KDM1A inhibition suppresses tumour promoting pathways in prostate cancer

open access: yesMolecular Oncology, EarlyView.
Treatment resistance is a major challenge for patients with advanced prostate cancer. This study examined an alternative approach to target the major prostate cancer‐promoting pathway by targeting epigenetic factors, whose levels are higher in tumours.

Clinical performance of the urine‐based TERT promoter AbsoluteQ Digital PCR for non‐invasive detection of bladder cancer

open access: yesMolecular Oncology, EarlyView.
A urine‐based digital PCR assay targeting two hotspot TERT promoter variants detected bladder cancer with high sensitivity and no false positives in this case–control cohort. The streamlined AbsoluteQ workflow outperformed Sanger sequencing and supports non‐invasive molecular testing for bladder cancer detection.

Effects of Replacing Co2+ with Zn2+ on the Dielectric Properties of Ba [Zn1/3(Nb1/2Ta1/2)2/3]O3 Ceramics with High Dielectric Constant and High Quality Factor

open access: yesCeramics
In this study, we used solid-state synthesis to prepare Ba[(ZnxCo1−x)1/3(Nb0.5Ta0.5)2/3]O3 microwave ceramics for mobile communications. Compared with Ba[Zn1/3(Nb0.5Ta0.5)2/3]O3, in the prepared materials, Co2+ substitution with Zn2+ improved the Q × f ...
