Implementation of a Digital Model of Thermal Characteristics Based on the Temperature Field
Introduction. Computer modeling allows engineers to make valid design decisions by accurately assessing the thermal characteristics of design objects. The implementation of digital twin technology in the process of designing technical facilities is the ...

The method employs ferromagnetic or ferromagnetic elements, preferably of rare-earth based material, for example gadolinium, and preferably employs a regenerator. The steps comprise controlling the temperature and applied magnetic field of the element to

We analyze cisplatin–DNA adducts (CDAs) and double‐strand breaks (DSBs) in a cell‐cycle‐dependent manner. We find that CDAs form similarly across all cell cycle phases. DSBs arise only in S‐phase. CDAs might not directly impair DSB repair, but S‐phase DSB lesions evolve in the presence of CDAs and disrupt repair in G2, also causing radiosensitization ...

Rethinking plastic waste: innovations in enzymatic breakdown of oil‐based polyesters and bioplastics
Plastic pollution remains a critical environmental challenge, and current mechanical and chemical recycling methods are insufficient to achieve a fully circular economy. This review highlights recent breakthroughs in the enzymatic depolymerization of both oil‐derived polyesters and bioplastics, including high‐throughput protein engineering, de novo ...

The Use Of Multifrequency Induction Heating For Temperature Distribution Control
The paper presents possibilities of controlling temperature field distribution in inductively heated charge. The change of its distribution was obtained using the sequential one-, two-, and three-frequency heating.

Zero-field Quantum Critical Point in CeCoIn$_5$
Quantum criticality in the normal and superconducting state of the heavy-fermion metal CeCoIn$_5$ is studied by measurements of the magnetic Gr\"{u}neisen ratio, $\Gamma_H$, and specific heat in different field orientations and temperatures down to 50 mK.

Targeting TNBC: core–shell polycationic polyurea dendrimers with inherent anticancer activity
Core–shell polycationic PURE dendrimers were tested in TNBC‐derived tumor models. Both formulations selectively targeted TNBC and effectively reduced tumor volume. PUREG4‐OEI48 suppressed tumor growth without detectable toxicity, whereas PUREG4‐OCEI24, despite showing efficacy, induced hepatic toxicity.

Study on Infiltration Through Doorway of Cold Store based on Unsteady RANS Model
Because the total gross of cold stores is increasing, the energy consumption of cold stores is attracting increasing attention. Infiltration through the doorway, which accounts for a large part of the total heat load, has become an important research ...

External Fields and Chiral Symmetry Breaking in the Sakai-Sugimoto Model
Using the Sakai-Sugimoto model we study the effect of an external magnetic field on the dynamics of fundamental flavours in both the confined and deconfined phases of a large N_c gauge theory.
