Feeling, doing, being: occupational well-being and the phenomenology of a blue-collar temporary agency worker within the Swedish manufacturing industry

open access: yesDiscover Psychology
This qualitative method study, informed by critical realism, explores the phenomenology of blue-collar temporary agency workers (BC-TAWs) as a foundation for their occupational well-being within the Swedish manufacturing industry.

Ammonium Salts as Curing Agents to Obtain Ionic Epoxy Resins With a Thermoplastic‐to‐Thermoset Transition

open access: yesAdvanced Materials, EarlyView.
Ionic epoxy networks are prepared using ammonium salts as hardeners, leading to a two‐stage curing process with a thermoplastic‐like intermediate. This uncommon behavior enables extrusion and fabrication of thermoplastic prepregs that can be cured into thermoset composites.

Labor, work, and action: the unmaking of an LGBTIQ+ migrant network of interpreters compounding a cross-border minority tax

open access: yesFrontiers in Communication
International organizations have long championed principles of human rights, dignity, and equality. However, the lived experiences of LGBTIQ+ interpreters working under temporary contracts reveal structural inequalities, particularly as remote ...

Science‐Towards‐Technology Breakthrough in CO2 Electroreduction: Multiphysics, Multiscale, and Artificial Intelligence Insights

open access: yesAdvanced Materials, EarlyView.
Electrochemical CO2RR is a key technology for converting CO2 into chemicals, but there remains a gap between “laboratory science” and “engineering practice” in current research. This review establishes a multi‐scale research framework, encompassing atomic‐level characterization, microenvironment regulation, external field‐assisted optimization, and AI ...

Rewriting Polymer Fate via Chemomechanical Coupling

open access: yesAdvanced Materials, EarlyView.
This work introduces a life‐like “living” polymer platform that can grow, degrow, and reprogram its properties after fabrication. By integrating mass transport, reversible polymerization, and controlled catalysis, the material achieves on‐demand changes in size, shape, and mechanical properties.

Rethinking Extracellular Vesicle Signaling

open access: yesAdvanced Materials, EarlyView.
Extracellular vesicles enable cell communication beyond intracellular cargo delivery. This perspective highlights two plausible surface‐based signaling modes: “bind‐and‐stay” and “bind‐and‐leave.” Transient binding to multiple cells challenges the one‐vesicle‐one‐cell model.

Light‐Programmable Interfaces: From Molecular Photoswitching to Adaptive Membrane Separations

open access: yesAdvanced Materials Interfaces, EarlyView.
This review advances an interface‐centered framework for light‐responsive membranes, linking molecular photoswitches (azobenzene (AZO), spiropyran (SP), diarylethene (DAE), donor–acceptor Stenhouse adducts (DASA), photoacid) to integration strategies in polymeric, porous, self‐assembled, and mixed‐matrix systems.
