Some New n-Point Ternary Subdivision Schemes without the Gibbs Phenomenon
This paper is devoted to the construction and analysis of some new families of n-point ternary subdivision schemes. Some members of the families were adapted to the presence of discontinuities converging to limit functions without Gibbs oscillations.

Enhanced hydrogen evolution reaction on hybrids of cobalt phosphide and molybdenum phosphide [PDF]
Production of hydrogen from water electrolysis has stimulated the search of sustainable electrocatalysts as possible alternatives. Recently, cobalt phosphide (CoP) and molybdenum phosphide (MoP) received great attention owing to their superior catalytic ...

Prevention of Graphene Restacking for Performance Boost of Supercapacitors—A Review
Graphene is a promising electrode material for supercapacitors mainly because of its large specific surface area and high conductivity. In practice, however, several fabrication issues need refinement.

Ternary numbers and algebras. Reflexive numbers and Berger graphs [PDF]
The Calabi-Yau spaces with SU(m) holonomy can be studied by the algebraic way through the integer lattice where one can construct the Newton reflexive polyhedra or the Berger graphs.

The inequalities for the analysis of a class of ternary refinement schemes
The ternary refinement schemes are the generalized version of the binary refinement schemes. This class of the schemes produce the smooth curves with the less number of refinement steps as compared to the binary class of schemes.

Representations, Translations and Reductions for Ternary Semihypergroups
The concept of ternary semihypergroups can be considered as a natural generalization of arbitrary ternary semigroups. In fact, each ternary semigroup can be constructed to a ternary semihypergroup.

An evaporation-based model of thermal neutron induced ternary fission of plutonium [PDF]
Ternary fission probabilities for thermal neutron induced fission of plutonium are analyzed within the framework of an evaporation-based model where the complexity of time-varying potentials, associated with the neck collapse, are included in a ...

Shape-Preservation of the Four-Point Ternary Interpolating Non-stationary Subdivision Scheme
In this paper, we present the shape-preserving properties of the four-point ternary non-stationary interpolating subdivision scheme (the four-point scheme). This scheme involves a tension parameter.

The quest for improved visible light absorption in ZnO-based photocatalysts and photodetectors is a prevailing research problem. One method of solving this problem is by narrowing the band gap of this material well into the range of visible light energy.
