Multiple Angiolipomas of the Spermatic Cord: A Case Report
ABSTRACT Introduction We report a rare case of multiple spermatic cord angiolipomas. Case Presentation An 85‐year‐old man with a history of laparoscopic right nephrectomy for renal cell carcinoma was referred for evaluation of a palpable right scrotal mass. Ultrasonography showed a single solid mass.

Differentiation of primate primordial germ cell-like cells following transplantation into the adult gonadal niche. [PDF]
A major challenge in stem cell differentiation is the availability of bioassays to prove cell types generated in vitro are equivalent to cells in vivo. In the mouse, differentiation of primordial germ cell-like cells (PGCLCs) from pluripotent cells was ...

TBCancer: A database for exploring characteristics and functions of tissue‐biased genes in cancer
This study defined 10,921 tissue‐biased genes across 54 normal tissues and 41 cancer types. Tumor‐associated tissue‐biased genes exhibit downregulation, mutations, and epigenetic modifications, correlating with poor clinical outcomes. Their inactivation promotes tumorigenesis by enhancing stemness and immune evasion, highlighting their value as ...

Histopathological analysis of testicular tumors
Background: Testicular cancers are rare in most countries. However, in many western countries its incidence has been increasing since the middle of the twentieth century. A definite geographic and racial distribution is seen in testicular tumors.

Doxorubicin Affects Testicular Lipids with Long-Chain (C18-C22) and Very Long-Chain (C24-C32) Polyunsaturated Fatty Acids [PDF]
Doxorubicin disrupts spermatogenesis by causing apoptosis of spermatogonia and primary spermatocytes. The aim of this study was to examine the effect of this agent on adult rat testicular lipids and their fatty acids.

Testicular germ cell tumors (TGCTs) share germline ancestry but diverge phenotypically and clinically as seminoma (SE) and nonseminoma (NSE), the latter including the pluripotent embryonal carcinoma (EC) and its differentiated derivatives, teratoma (TE),

Abstract Coronavirus disease (COVID‐19) is caused by the severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus 2 (SARS‐CoV‐2), which may infect the cells through binding with the angiotensin‐converting enzyme 2 (ACE2) receptors that can also be found in the male reproductive organs.

A prospective study on contrast-enhanced magnetic resonance imaging of testicular lesions: distinctive features of Leydig cell tumours [PDF]
OBJECTIVES: Up to 20 % of incidentally found testicular lesions are benign Leydig cell tumours (LCTs). This study evaluates the role of contrast-enhanced magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) in the identification of LCTs in a large prospective cohort study.

Abstract Background Imatinib and dasatinib are tyrosine kinase inhibitors (TKIs) increasingly used to treat several diseases in both children and adults at fertile age. We have previously shown that imatinib has adverse effects on developing testis, and imatinib‐treated male patients have been reported to have reduced sperm counts.

Testicular choriocarcinoma with pelvic and pulmonary metastases: a case report
Testicular tumors represent a common form of solid tumor in young men, with choriocarcinoma of the testis being a rare, non-granulomatous germ cell tumor. It accounts for less than 0.3% of all testicular germ cell tumors.
