Testicular neoplasms in an infant [PDF]
Testicular neoplasms are an uncommon occurrence in children under the age of 2 years; approximately 200 cases have been reported thus far. Because of this, therapy in this age group is not uniform. Testicular pain as the initial presentation of testicular neoplasms. [PDF]
Testicular neoplasms are reported to present with testicular pain in 0.01-10% of patients. The diagnosis of tumour may, therefore, not be considered immediately with this mode of presentation, leading potentially to delays in diagnosis and poorer prognosis or scrotal exploration for suspected torsion.

Testicular neoplasms in Kenyan Africans [PDF]
Over a 9-year period 40 testicular and paratesticular neoplasms were seen at the Kenyatta National Hospital, Nairobi, Kenya. Their incidence rate was 0.08 per annum per 100,000 Kenyan males. This low incidence was largely accounted for by a decrease in tumors of germ cell origin.
