The novel ITO protective layer enables ultra‐stable Zn metal anodes. By synergistically accelerating Zn2+ desolvation and Zn2+ transport via its unique structure, the ITO layer suppresses dendrites and side reactions. This results in exceptional stability for over 6000 h at 2 mA cm–2 and stable operation in Zn ||MnO2 full‐cell configurations.

Effect of organic additives on mechanical properties of SiC ceramics prepared by a modified gelcasting method [PDF]
A novel and simple gel system of isobutylene and maleic anhydride (PIBM) was used to prepare SiC ceramics. The rheological behaviour of the SiC slurries was investigated as function of organic additives.

A tetramethylammonium hydroxide (TMAH)-doped starch film was developed for trinitrotoluene (TNT) detection. A purple Janowsky anion was obtained from the reaction of TNT with released TMAH. When the film was used in conjunction with digital image colorimetry (DIC), rapid quantitative analysis of TNT was achieved.

Concentrated aqueous Si3N4 -Y2O3 -Al2O3 slips stabalized with tetramethylammonium hydroxide
In order to obtain well dispersed concentrated aqueous Si3N4 slips for slip casting, the influence of pH and sintering aid powders (Y2O3 and Al2O3) on the viscosity and on the amount of tetramethylammonium ions adsorbed were determined.

MICROWAVE-ASSISTED HYDROTHERMAL SYNTHESIS AND CHARACTERIZATION OF TIO2 NANOPARTICLES AND EVALUATION OF THEIR PHOTOCATALYTIC PERFORMANCE [PDF]
The present paper reports the hydrothermal synthesis of nano-TiO2 via microwave-assisted heating. The precursor, titanium(IV) isopropoxide (TIP), and the catalyst, tetramethylammonium hydroxide (TMAH), were subjected to either a single- or a two-step ...
