We applied the APART‐QSM method to in situ postmortem MRI from 47 subjects (31–91 years) to assess age effects on paramagnetic and diamagnetic susceptibility. Diamagnetic susceptibility declined with age in basal ganglia, possibly reflecting shared biological factors.

rTMS Suppresses Tobacco Craving via Enhanced Prefronto‐Striato‐Thalamic Connectivity
This study aimed to investigate the therapeutic effects of rTMS on tobacco use disorder (TUD). The findings demonstrated that participants with TUD exhibited reduced cigarette cravings following treatment, accompanied by a reorganization of the prefrontal–striatal pathway and enhanced top‐down cognitive control.
