Stability of  9-Tetrahydrocannabinol (THC), 11-Hydroxy-THC, and 11-Nor-9-carboxy-THC in Blood and Plasma

Journal of Analytical Toxicology, 1984
The stabilities of delta 9-tetrahydrocannabinol (THC) and two of its metabolites, 11-hydroxy-delta 9-tetrahydrocannabinol (HO-THC) and 11-nor-9-carboxy-delta 9-tetrahydrocannabinol (COOH-THC), were determined in blood and plasma stored at -10 degrees C, 4 degrees C, and room temperature.

Postmortem redistribution of THC in the pig

International Journal of Legal Medicine, 2010
To improve the knowledge of the postmortem redistribution of Δ(9)-tetrahydrocannabinol (THC), an animal model using the Large White pig has been developed, whereby 15 pigs received an intravenous injection of THC (200 µg/kg body weight) and were euthanized 2 h after administration.

High-sensitivity analysis of THC-COOH and THC in oral fluid

Toxicologie Analytique et Clinique, 2015
Aim (For Research Use Only. Not for use in Diagnostic Procedures). In this work, we aimed to develop a method that utilizes a sensitive and fast hybrid triple quadrupole linear ion trap mass spectrometer in MS/MS/MS mode to determine THC-COOH in oral fluid with a LLOQ of 10 pg/mL.

Segmentation and classification of THCs on PCBAs

2013 11th IEEE International Conference on Industrial Informatics (INDIN), 2013
The dramatic increase of electronic waste requires automatic recycling, including technologies from machine vision. A framework for segmentation and classification of THC (through-hole components) mounted on PCBAs is presented, using both RGB and depth frames from the Kinect sensor by Microsoft.

The Detection of Δ9-THC, Δ8-THC, Δ10-THC and CBD in Hair Specimens.

Journal of analytical toxicology
Cannabinoid use and misuse has been rising since 2011, and the development of new cannabinoid derivatives, partially due to the passage of the Farm Bill in 2018, and more relaxed legislation, has complicated testing for this drug class. The impact on child welfare in homes with cannabis substance use remains a concern, so detection of environmental ...

Variability of the Thermohaline Circulation (THC)

2003
Europe's relative warmth is maintained by the poleward surface branch of the Atlantic Ocean thermohaline circulation. There is paleoceanographic evidence for significant variability and even shifts between different modes of thermohaline circulation. Coupled ocean-atmosphere climate modelling allows first insight into the relative role of the various ...
