Environmental Effects on RRAM Cells Based on 2D Halide Perovskite Materials

open access: yesAdvanced Electronic Materials, EarlyView.
RRAM offers high speed, scalability, and low power, positioning it as a next‐generation non‐volatile memory. Two‐dimensional halide perovskites show promise due to tunable optoelectronic properties and flexible processing but suffer from environmental sensitivity. This review examines degradation from humidity, temperature, light, and strain, discusses

Thermoelastic coupling vibration and stability analysis of rotating circular plate in friction clutch

open access: yesJournal of Low Frequency Noise, Vibration and Active Control, 2019
Rotating friction circular plates are the main components of a friction clutch. The vibration and temperature field of these friction circular plates in high speed affect the clutch operation.

Rock mechanical properties under reconstructed deep in situ thermo–hydro–mechanical conditions: Implications for CO₂‐related injection scenarios

open access: yesDeep Underground Science and Engineering, EarlyView.
The graphical abstract illustrates a reconstructed in situ thermo‐hydro‐mechanical (THM) framework in which porosity serves as the central variable linking stress, pore pressure, and temperature to evolving mechanical properties of rocks. Under burial conditions, in situ stress, pore pressure, and temperature jointly govern volumetric strain and ...

Review of articular cartilage repair techniques and their application in the horse

open access: yesEquine Veterinary Journal, EarlyView.
Abstract Articular cartilage lesions represent a significant career‐limiting problem in athletic horses. A healthy articular cartilage surface is vital for optimal joint function, and defects can result in irreversible degenerative changes. Successful treatment of cartilage lesions remains a long‐standing challenge for orthopaedic surgeons, prompting ...

Exponential Stabilization of a Swelling Porous-Elastic System with Microtemperature Effect and Distributed Delay

open access: yesJournal of Function Spaces, 2021
The swelling porous thermoelastic system with the presence of temperatures, microtemperature effect, and distributed delay terms is considered. We will establish the well posedness of the system, and we prove the exponential stability result.

Thermal inertia effect in an axisymmetric thermoelastic problem based on generalized thermoelasticity

open access: yesIOP Conference Series: Materials Science and Engineering, 2010
The objective of this paper is to study thermal inertia effect due to the fact of the properties of the hyperbolic equations based on LS theory in generalized thermoelasticity. Simulations in a 2D hollow cylinder for uncoupled dynamic thermal stresses and thermal displacements were predicted by use of finite element method with Newmark algorithm.

On the analyzing of bifurcation properties of the one‐dimensional Mackey–Glass model by using a generalized approach

open access: yesMathematical Methods in the Applied Sciences, EarlyView.
The goal of this work is to look at how a nonlinear model describes hematopoiesis and its complexities utilizing commonly used techniques with historical and material links. Based on time delay, the Mackey–Glass model is explored in two instances. To offer a range, the relevance of the parameter impacting stability (bifurcation) is recorded.

Moisture Effects on the Dimensional Stability of Bistable Carbon/Epoxy Laminates

open access: yesPolymer Composites, EarlyView.
Experimental and numerical approach for studying moisture effects on composite dimensional stability. ABSTRACT Bistable composite laminates are attractive because they can switch between two stable shapes without continuous energy input, enabling applications in morphing structures and energy harvesting devices.
