This review explores the emerging paradigm of nanomedicine‐based targeting of macrophage immunometabolic reprogramming as a potentially transformative strategy for atherosclerosis treatment.

The stability of thiamine and thiamine tetrahydrofurfuryl disulfide added to table wines
Both thiamine hydrochloride and thiamine tetrahydrofurfuryl disulfide were added separately to table wines at concentrations equivalent to 0.3 and 1.5 ßg of free thiamine per kJ of caloric energy.

Incorporating rice bran in ready‐to‐use therapeutic foods (RUTFs) was used for treatment of childhood malnutrition. RUTF nutrient analysis showed increased dietary fiber and vitamins E and B1. Non‐targeted metabolomics revealed significant changes in lipids, amino acids, carbohydrates, vitamins, and phytochemicals corresponding to rice bran.
