EXOSC10, an essential nuclear RNA exosome‐associated 3′‐5′ exoribonuclease, is inhibited by the anticancer drug 5‐fluorouracil (5‐FU), and EXOSC10 depletion increases 5‐FU sensitivity. The colon‐cancer variant EXOSC10S402T, located in a proteolysis motif, is stable and nuclear but nonfunctional in vivo.

tail behavior of a threshold autoregressive stochastic volatility model [PDF]
We consider a threshold autoregressive stochastic volatility model where the driving noises are sequences of iid regurlarly random vatiables. We prove that both the right and the left tails of the marginal distribution of the log-volatility process are ...

Serial impedance and NRT threshold values over time.
Individual subject impedance values per electrode and NRT threshold are plotted over time. A-F represent individual data for the non-stimulated subjects and G-L for the stimulated subjects.

RNA profiling of circulating extracellular vesicles (EVs) from blood samples of men undergoing prostate biopsy identifies transcripts associated with clinically significant prostate cancer. Integrative analysis with public tumor datasets links EV‐derived gene signatures to tumor stage and progression‐free survival, highlighting CASP3, XRCC2, and RIT1 ...

On Functional Central Limit Theorems for Dependent, Heterogeneous Tail Arrays with Applications to Tail Index and Tail Dependence Estimators [PDF]
We establish functional central limit theorems for a broad class of dependent, heterogeneous tail arrays encountered in the extreme value literature, including extremal exceedances, tail empirical processes and tail empirical quantile processes.

CIN85 is highly expressed in osteosarcoma, particularly in metastatic lesions. Its overexpression increases cell migration and Matrigel invasion, while silencing CIN85 suppresses these behaviors. Transcriptome analysis shows that CIN85 regulates MMP2, COL3A1, and Akt/mTOR signaling. Targeting these pathways reverses CIN85‐induced motility, highlighting

Occupational Heat Stress Impacts on Health and Productivity in a Steel Industry in Southern India
Background: Workers laboring in steel industries in tropical settings with high ambient temperatures are subjected to thermally stressful environments that can create well-known risks of heat-related illnesses and limit workers’ productivity.

Intratumour heterogeneity complicates precision management of advanced endometrial cancer. Circulating tumor DNA (ctDNA) offers a minimally invasive strategy to capture tumor evolution and therapeutic resistance. Here, we compare tumor‐agnostic NGS with tumor‐informed ddPCR, outlining their relative sensitivity, concordance, and clinical implications ...

Unit Root Tests in Three-Regime SETAR Models [PDF]
This paper proposes a simple direct testing procedure to distinguish a linear unit root process from a globally stationary three-regime self-exciting threshold autoregressive process.
