Roles of Liquid Interface with Delicate Nanoarchitectonics for Molecular Recognition, Analysis, Reaction, Molecular Machine, Microrobot, and Life

open access: yesChemNanoMat, Volume 12, Issue 1, January 2026.
This review paper willdiscuss nanoarchitectonics at liquid interfaces. Topics covered will include molecular recognition, analytical methods, reactions controlled at liquid interfaces, control of molecular machines and microrobots, and regulation of biological phenomena using liquid interfaces. Overall, all of these processes require extremely delicate

Electron Paramagnetic Resonance Spectroscopy Reveals Promoter Dependent Transcription Regulation by Copper Activated CueR in Pseudomonas aeruginosa

open access: yesChemPhysChem, Volume 27, Issue 2, January 2026.
We performed electron paramagnetic resonance (EPR) experiments to reveal that P. aerguinosa CueR copper transcription factor enhances expression of copZ2 more strongly than mexPQ‐opmE under copper stress, consistent with their detoxification roles. Findings highlight EPR as a key tool for probing metal‐regulated transcription.

Unraveling Novel Genetic Determinants of Thiopurine Response Via TWAS

open access: yesClinical Pharmacology &Therapeutics, Volume 119, Issue 1, Page 84-88, January 2026.
Acute lymphoblastic leukemia (ALL) is the most common childhood cancer. Thiopurines such as 6‐mercaptopurine (6MP) are essential in ALL maintenance therapy. However, dose‐limiting toxicities can significantly disrupt treatment. While genetic variants in TPMT and NUDT15 are known to affect thiopurine response, many patients with normal function ...
