Genetic Ablation and Multi‐Omics Profiling Reveal CEP55 as a Key Driver of Tumorigenesis in Diverse Cancer Models

Genetic ablation of Cep55 in Pten‐deficient mouse models delays tumorigenesis. Integrated multi‐omics analyses (proteomics, phosphoproteomics, and spatial transcriptomics) reveal that CEP55 regulates oncogenic signaling (RAS/ERK, PI3K/AKT), integrin/FAK‐mediated adhesion, extracellular matrix (ECM) remodeling, and endocytosis.

An Aggregation‐Induced Polymerization Poly(Disulfide)‐Drug Nanoplatform for Autoimmune Uveitis Therapy via Inhibiting the cGAS‐STING Pathway

A cationic poly(disulfide)‐drug nanoplatform (LA/DexP) was developed to treat experimental autoimmune uveitis (EAU). With potent blood‐retinal barrier penetrability, LA/DexP releases DSP in response to high ROS and scavenges cfDNA to inhibit the cGAS‐STING signaling pathway.

Phytochemical composition of Thymus Serpyllum L. plants and study of antibacterial activity

The results of phytochemical studies of plants are presented of the genus Thymus Serpyllum L. growing in East Kazakhstan. The quantitative characteristics of macro- and micronutrients are determined. In plants, the maximum calcium content is 654.25 µ g / ml, magnesium 235.34 µ g / ml.

Single‐cell, spatial, molecular, and pathology analyses identify a CDH3‐associated malignant epithelial state in thymic epithelial tumors. This state links stem‐like and EMT programs to M2 macrophage–rich immunosuppressive niches, genomic instability, poor survival, and drug vulnerability.
